I love the ease of accessing items in the freezer and the storage available on the door . The only small complaint I have is the fact that it is a bit noisier than my previous refrigerator. Overall I think it is great but the real test will be it’s durability. Having had it only several weeks that aspect is still not tested.

The unit comes with many shelves (one more than I used) and you can customize it, the one drawback is that the stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant so if you have kids it might be a deal breaker.

With supply chain issues and my limited space this was pretty much our only option. I like the customizable door shelves but feel like there should be two full ones and maybe another half one because there is some wasted space. The other issue i am having is the two crispers at the bottom. Just super cheap and slide off track almost every time they are opened.

We lost 2 gallons of milk in the first week of owning this refrigerator. Called whirlpool and they sent out a repairman who took one look and stated "I see this a lot in this unit" :(. He changed out the pump that brings cold air from the freezer to the frig. It has been three weeks and the unit still does not get lower than 40 degrees. My husband called Whirlpool customer service again and was told they would NOT replace the unit but would send someone out again tomorrow... our next step is to call Best Buy and see if they will replace it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The features of this Appliance are pretty basic for the cost. The freezer drawers limit amount of items that can be placed and the crisper drawers don't slide easily and can come completely out too often.
