This refrigerator is worth the money paid. Doesn't make any fancy noises. Keep it silent and gets the job done. I am really satisfied with this product.

So far so good! I've had the refrigerator now for two weeks and it's working as needed with no issues. installation was quick & easy. no complaints. I've seen the reviews regarding no light in the freezer honestly this hasn't been an issue. The freezer isn't deep enough to not be able to see you items with the regular light you have in your kitchen light. I'm happy with my purchase thus far.

We purchased this particular fridge on-line as a secondary fridge for extra space for drinks and other nonessentials. We were pleasantly surprised by its spacious freezer and door space storage. We chose it because we wanted a Whirlpool with a narrow width. Is only 29 inches wide, but plenty deep. Shelving is full length so limited in configuration. Produce drawers are small. Little pizzaz on finish, but good value for our purpose.

My old refrigerator broke, so I bought this as I don’t need fancy function and size to fit to the space. It works fine and plenty of space inside.

I have read other reviews about this refrigerator being noisy, not mine. It is very quiet compared to the Frigidaire I had before this. Poor design on the freezer door racks, items slip out and fall to the floor because the gap is too big. Also frig door rack configuration is inadequate only very short items fit on one of the shelves. The milk jug compartment is in the warmest part of the fridge.

I'll preface by saying I've only had the fridge for two months. I am using it as a garage fridge. So far it's worked beautifully. It's spacious inside with convertible crisper drawers and a movable smaller drawer (it slides from side to side from under the shelf above it to accommodate taller items below) which could be used for meats or deli items. The door has various size compartments for taller or shorter items. The only slight downside is that it only has three cooling settings, rather than a dial or thermometer.

Bought this refrigerator for my Mom and she loves it. The refrig. is designed with great shelving and the door storage is perfect. Some large, some small compartments. Also works great. Quiet.

Great design, practical in size, and energy efficient. Slow in resolution though while still waiting 6 weeks for missing parts.

We were shopping around for a smaller second refrigerator. We found this one during stay home orders. It's a great refrigerator but for the price we paid, we could of had a bigger one and saved some money. But we needed one in a hurry so we found this one. It works great and keeps everything super cold, just they way I like it. I also like the option of changing the way we can swing the door open and the moveable sandwich draw is a plus.

The Whirlpool Refrigerator (DW09) is a great value for storage, quality and ease of use. The refrigerator before the DW09, was a Whirlpool refrigerator slightly smaller (same model but smaller) and used for over 20 year without any issues for period. I would recommend the Whirlpool Refrigerator DW09) or similar model to anyone looking for a good value, dependable refrigerator. Kudos go out to Bestbuy for their quick and ease ordering, delivery, and removable process of the previous Whirlpool refrigerator.

The service was really awesome. They knew what they were doing. The item is great, powerful and quiet. Excellent drawers and trays.

Just right, works well, great price and works in the small space I needed

This was the only available top freezer with the right dimensions. I did not realize that the connector to ice maker is a 5-pin and incompatible with most ice makers (that have a 4-pin plug). Otherwise I would have waited for a more convenient refrigerator. It has been working for the past 3 weeks, I have no complaints so far other than the ice maker.

Needed a spare refrigerator for the basement for easy access to kids playroom and for overflow from main floor fridge. This looks good and works great and didn't break the bank...

I had gotten this on sale had it has been great. Quiet and keeps everything cold. Decided to reverse the doors after we got it and didnt have any trouble.

I bought this unit because it was essentially the same as my old fridge, which lasted almost 15 years. This one is a tiny bit bigger, and has better shelves and drawers than the old one. I hope it lasts 15 years too.

I am limited on space, so I needed a refrigerator with certain dimensions, so that limited my options significantly. In the store this refrigerator didn't look like it had a lot of room inside compared to all the other models but when it was delivered and installed I was amazed at how much bigger it was than my old one. It is the same width as my old one but it is quite a bit deeper. I like the sliding meat compartment drawer. That little feature comes in very handy. It seems like it is sturdy and well made. I am very well pleased with it so far. It keeps everything a lot colder than my old one and that is on the recommended setting. I have another setting that is colder but I am afraid to use it. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very roomy & quiet....large freezer & 3 main shelves in refrig area have limited adjustment, but are large with door pockets & 2 drawers on bottom.

First time delivered, freezer door kept popping open slightly when fridge door closed. Delivery guy said that's normal w/new fridges. Wasn't satisfied w/his answer so re-ordered fridge. Second delivery guy agreed freezer door was put on incorrectly and tried to adjust it but couldn't so he brought out new fridge and he did a great job at assembling - his name was Luis. Now fridge and freezer doors close properly and enjoying new fridge.

I bought this fridge as an extra to use for storage. I like the fact that it has a lot of space even for bigger items such as stock pots. Keeps everything nice and cold.
