I chose this fridge because it gives me the bigger freezer that I needed. But the temperature seems to differ greatly within the space of the freezer. We need to make sure air gets to circulate or else, ice cream can be soft. The compartments in the freezer is very basic. The refrigerator compartment layout, glass shelves and gallon size buckets on the door are all nice touches.

Love my Whirlpool - 19.3 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - White started looking at other hi-end fridges but something always missing for a lot more co$t...so if you need a large top load freezer, a solid basic fridge, that has glass shelves, deep enough to fit a Holiday feast, but overall sized compact enough/adhering to "standard" measurements so it fits in any kitchen ? Then you'll love this Fridge, with the added bonus of Best Buys price, great customer service & Awesome INSTALL Service! What great experience and value! Highly recommend item & Best Buy!

Runs quiet, keeps temperature at expected temperature-. no or little variance. Smaller than our old one, yet holds more. Adjustable shelves a nice feature. Wish the freezer was lit, but really quite nice, feels solid. Hoping it can last along as our old one- 20 years! I would recommend to anyone. Oh yes, wheels under fridge, so easy to move and clean.

Purchased this refrigerator to replace an old but larger secondary refrigerator and I am very pleased with the purchase so far. I needed to get used to the change from a side by side. The cooling in both the freezer and the refrigerator have been very good and is a good size especially without the ice maker or a water dispenser taking up additional space inside. Only draw back is the specifications stated there was a light in the freezer compartment, but there is not one. Since I have had it I realized I do not need one after all. They just need to change the specs because it initially was one of the draws I had to this unit.

Bought this great fridge for an older property with limited kitchen space. Has all the bells/ whistles: LED lighting, humidity controlled crisper drawers (2), All glass shelves (freezer too), Gallon door shelf, hidden hinges and "largest cubic ft. freezer in it's 30" class". Has a nice updated "smooth" door finish, tenant absolutely LOVES it. Wish I'd bought it much sooner!!!

The build quality is trash. The doors are misaligned horizontally. The plastic trim at the top of the freezer door has gobs of epoxy in it. The door seals are already pulling away from the doors. The trim on the door handles is uneven and pulling away from the handles. The damper adjuster in the freezer is so stiff that it's probably going to break the next time I adjust it. Even the Whirlpool badge on the front is crooked. On a brand new fridge! Functionally it's worse. No more freezer light! The volume inside is much smaller. The adjustable split shelves have been replaced with cheap single piece shelves. The temperature adjustment dongle is huge and takes up precious space. The adjustments themselves are too few and give you options of "everything is too warm", "freezer stays around 3-15F but the fridge stays around 40F" to "freezer stays between -15F and 10F and the fridge stays around 28F". The door shelves in the freezer manage to be both much smaller and incapable of holding small-mid sized items. The crispers are a joke. One side is so loose the drawer barely stays in place, the other side is so tight that you need two hands to force the drawer out.

The whirlpool refrigerator proved to be a good choice among the available comparable options in the market. I did not want to spend much on the refrigerator at the same time wanted good value for money. I can say it is worth the amount spent.

I bought this fridge to replace an 18 year old Kenmore. This one was much nicer. Everything about this fridge seems strong and sturdy. I really liked the adjustable shelving as they seem strong and easy to clean. The shelves in the doors are great as they are very robust and adjustable. The LED lighting lit the inside of the refrigerator very well and was bright and crisp. I only wish that the freezer portion had lighting. The temperature controls were adequate and easy to use. Nice and cold and reached temperature very quickly. Aesthetically the unit looks fantastic. The black finish looks great and appears to be very durable and easy to clean. Other reviewers mentioned this unit was noisy. I did not think that was the case at all. Noise can be a relative thing, but I thought it was quiet and I don't even notice it running. The only complaint I had was with Best Buy as I ordered this unit with the hinges on the left side and it arrived with them on the right. When I inquired with the delivery personnel they told me to call the store and they would send a tech out. When I called the store they told me the delivery crew was suppose to do it. I was left in limbo waiting a few days for Best Buy to call me back. Rather than wait I read the installation instructions and swapped the door hinges and handles myself. I am a very technical and handy person and this was not an easy task. I was able to complete the swap and the refrigerator and freezer have been running flawlessly for about four weeks now.

This refrigerator was purchased for the workplace as the old one went bad. More than what would be needed but for the price it is better than a lot of refrigerators you would use at home. Nice shelves and spacious. The workers are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone.

I've had this refrigerator for about 7 months and I like it very much. It's a big improvement over my old one, especially for the price. I didn't want a really big one, as space and budget was limited. I looked at a lot of units at Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears and Best Buy, as well as local stores, and this was definitely the best one for what I was looking for. I love the glass shelves and the movable under shelf drawer, the door shelves are roomy and secure with no open spaces that smaller bottles could slip through, the freezer is roomy and also has a sturdy glass shelf, and it keeps everything nice and cold with even temperatures throughout. It may be slightly noisier when it runs then more expensive models, but it's not that loud, plus it doesn't run nearly as often as my old one as it's much more efficient. I really like it!

We wanted the next size up but it would not fit in the space we had. So it will be challenge to use the less space efficiently. However, so far it is working well but we have had to put it on the lowest setting for the refrigerator part as it was freezing the carrots in the little drawer near the top. Has made a few unexpected noises and as reviews said it has a loud side but so far acceptable. The delivery guys once they got here were really nice and helped us by getting it into place (being an elder that was needed). We are hoping it will bring our electric bill down as our last refrigerator was old.

This is a basic "no frills" refrigerator. There is no light in the freezer portion. Have only had it for several weeks. Took a few days to get it to the cool temperature that I wanted. The items that are on the shelf on the door in the freezer took a long time to freeze. The shelves in the non freezer portion are adjustable so that's a nice feature. I was surprised though at how small the two crisper drawers are. There is one very small drawer underneath the top shelf that slides the entire width of the fridge. I've been using it as a mini cheese drawer. Overall it's fine. Hope it lasts a few years.

This fridge was just the right size for me. I love the adjustable shelves and the extra room on the door. The delivery went so smoothly and the fridge works great. It is a good buy and the price was better at Best Buy than any where else.

Love the smooth finish on the outside and the glass shelves, both makes it easier to keep clean. The spacious inside is great and it runs very quiet. Really like this model and finish.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. It's fairly large to hold a lot of food, but has a small footprint and is lightweight. I also bought an icemaker which installed easily and works very well. You cannot beat this refrigerator for the price. The seals are good so food stays fresh longer. There are no extra bells and whistles to go bad. I'm very happy with my purchase. The motor is just a little loud so I gave it 4 stars not 5.

I think freezer part is not as cold as like previous old Kenmore but good enough. Very quiet, easy to use, easy to find stuffs in refrigerator. Very good looking, easy to clean.

Noise was a major consideration and reviews from several sources including BB convinced me to take a chance. It is more quiet than 15yr old one it replaced so am happy. The layout is decent and flexible although not as much as older split shelf designs. Holds temps well. Still miss the light in the freezer though, how much could that cost them, $5??

This fridge has adequate room and runs very quiet. We're using it as a garage fridge and we love it. The glass shelves are easy to clean and practical.

After reading the reviews, decided to buy it. This is the first refrigerator I have bought new and I absolutely love, love, love it. I wanted quiet, and this is so quiet you don't even know it's running! The drawers slight out so smoothly and effort lessly, and close just as smoothly. Its big enough for our family of three, and the side bins are adjustable. I would recommend this refrigerator to everyone. It keeps food cold at a perfect temperature, and the freezer temp is just right, no icing of food, I am 110 percent happy and I give it 5 stars!

Great refrigerator/freezer!! Didn’t want a lot of bells and whistles, and this fit the bill. Perfect size, quiet and affordable. Delivery went smoothly and they took my old one!!
