Delivered on 12/16/2020. A small scratch was found on the top freezer door under the protective wrapping, however it was going to be mostly covered by the handle and we elected to not request a replacement. On 01/07/2021 we noticed that the gasket had started to separate from the freezer door. Will be working with Best Buy to get a replacement for the damaged door. Refrigerator otherwise has worked normally. It is a little louder than our old unit, but not so loud that I would not recommend. The best feature of this refrigerator is that the deli/cheese compartment slides from left to right on the shelf. This allows the shelf to be placed out of the way of larger items. Super convenient.

My daughter moved (again!) Into a rental home with a small space for a refrigerator. We found this perfectly sized fridge at Best Buy, at a decent price. It's quiet. With the freezer on top, it holds a lot of frozen foods. The only lacking feature is an automatic ice cube maker and cold water dispenser. Purchased ice cube trays with various sizes cubes and problem solved.

This is just the right size for my kitchen and my home. I needed a new fridge since both of my children have moved out on their own, this one fit the bill. Nice access to the controls and very roomy. I also was concerned about the noise that it would make but it just hums along quietly!

This refrigerator is everything that I wanted. It is huge and so spacious. I love that the shelves are glass which makes it very easy to clean. Me getting it in black was the greatest idea because I don't have to worry about it getting dirty. The freezer part is spacious as well. When I have company over I get so many compliments on my refrigerator. Thank you best buy I'll be getting all of my Kitchen appliances from you

My first purchase was a bit of a dud. There were a few problems with the item, such as marks inside the fridge and a gasket that was flattened. My exchange was great! The new item was in great condition and it keeps food cold or cool depending on location in the freezer or the fridge. The stainless steel matches other Whirlpool designs that I bought a couple of years ago. The door shelves are wide and will fit many items. I have tall bottles (balsamic vinegar, dressings) and shorter, wide items (peanut butter, tahini sauce) on the door shelves. The bottom door shelf has enough room for some wine bottles on the side closest to the handle. Just be careful with the shelves as they are plastic and could crack easily. I did have a crack in my original fridge, which was another reason that I returned it. It may have occured during the shipping or the transport and set-up. I do find that the fridge is very quiet. I saw some other reviews of Whirlpool refridgerators that were noisy. This one is quiet. It also has wheels if you need to move it. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Good fridge almoat all features I wanted. Here is fix for door seal issue: on bottom door, bottom hinge bracket there is a plastic spacer between bracket and fridge. That spacer causes door to not seal correctly at bottom. Remove this spacer and it works fine. Wish there was no metal strips on door bins, but they are not bad and freezer door shelves are not enclosed at bottom. Not a deal breaker, would stay with Whirlpool as the door seal can be resolved with simple assembly change.

This is a really basic fridge, it does what it suppose to do keep your food cold. The fridge is spacious with at simple layout. It has plenty of space for a family of six. Also, it is really quiet, barely make any noise. You get a good fridge for the price you pay.

Runs a bit louder than I’m used to with other refrigerators. Nothing terrible though. This wasn’t my first choice, but it was the best I could find during the appliance shortage of 2020. However, I’m pleased with the inside space, and the door offers spacious storage. Overall, the refrigerator is a decent size for a family of two (and we store a lot of food). I wasn’t pleased that Best Buy delivered the refrigerator with the door swing on the wrong side. They told me they didn’t have time to switch it, but the parts were there to do it myself. It didn’t take much to figure out that this was not a job for a 74 year-old woman with no mechanical ability. Got to give it to Geek Squad who, after my adventure trying to get help from Best Buy, arranged to have installers come out to change the swing.

This fridge is large, easily accessible, and quiet. I purchased it because another fridge quit suddenly. It is large so I did need help to get it in the house and through the door frame without damaging it. Once in it required more work to get the shrink wrapping off than anything else.

This is the worst refrigerator I have ever purchased. Impossible to control the temperature. Produce would freeze in the refrigeration compartment. Ice cubes would fall out of the back of the ice bin. Freezer began frosting over after 3 years of use. Was very noisy. I was so happy the day I replaced this piece of junk.

Needed a refrigerator and didn’t want to wait more than a month for item delivery (summertime). I researched online and made this major purchase via virtual description because an actual model wasn’t at my local store. Thus far, item Is as expected. I’m having a little trouble adjusting the refrigerator temp(not freezer section), canned drinks, water pitcher, eggs etc are freezing. However that is most like due to fact, I need to fully stock my fridge. I know they work more efficiently when filled, not 99% empty. Best Buy team that delivers and installed was awesome (professional and oersonable).

Just the right size. Freezer is roomy. Easy access to drawers and shelves.

I haven't had any issues. Had it just over a month. It is relatively quiet. The deli drawer is a little more shallow than I am used to. One annoying thing is the fridge was covered in plastic film to protect it. It is impossible to remove it all. It appears the different components were covered in it before it was assembled. Some pieces are wedged between the different parts of the doors and try as I might, I can't get it all out. Looks tacky. The delivery guys broke the cardboard backing when moving it in.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Whirlpool 19.3 cu ft top freezer refrigerator. Great refrigerator that is reasonably priced, you do not need to break the bank to be able to afford it. In addition, it works amazing, I really love it. I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for an amazing refrigerator, yet is on a budget or someone who is looking for a second refrigerator.

The only thing that I would change is that there are no dials for the temperature gauge. There are only three settings and either freeze my stuff have it in the middle or have it warm in the fridge. The shelves are easy to clean. The outside is easy to clean and it works quickly.

We needed to replace our refrigerator in our garage. This was the perfect size and has been able to handle the higher summer time ambient temperatures that can occur in a garage. That's all I ask of it. Jury is still out on how it well behaves during the colder winter garage temperatures, but I understand what we purchased and did not purchase (no garage heater kit).

We originally ordered another refrigerator from another company, but shipping was delayed. So we found this refrigerator at Best Buy and received it within a week. Honestly I am so glad we got this one instead of the one we originally ordered. This refrigerator is very spacious. Love the way the meat drawer can slide back and forth to accommodate space as needed. The shelving on the door is great and more spacious then any refrigerator we have ever had. The way the door shelving is divided makes it very convenient to store items. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator. NOTE: There was only one situation we had. We wanted to have an ice maker. The one recommended was very difficult to find. After much searching, we found two at different companies where we live. By the next day when we went to order, there was only one left. Thankfully we were able to get the last one, but I wondered why it was not more readily available. As far as the refrigerator itself, it is definitely a keeper.

Good deal on a basic fridge! Keeps everything quite cold in fridge and freezer as well. Nice stainless steel finish. Very quiet, does not make much noise at all. Only downside is that there is not a super tight grip from the fridge door, so make sure to close it all the way.

The fridge is very spacious for the price. This was purchased for a rental home property. It’s quiet, clean looking and the shelf space is large. It would be nice if the fridge came with ice trays. But for the price you can’t complain.
