Looks and it does work, Last refrigerator dies after 17 years of service. I hope this one does too. I like the look of this refrigerator, but find the drawers to be very flimsy. I will be careful, but not sure if they will last without breaking. The door on the refrigerator seems deeper and the shelves seem to be shorter. I have bumped my head a few times getting tings off the top shelf of the refrigerator. And I notice that I have to extend my reach to put things completely back onto the shelf. The door shelf on the freezer does not hold some items as well. I use to put bags of frozen vegetables on the door of my old freezer. On my new freezer, the bags just fall fright through the opening of the shelf.

Looking for good and inexpensive, buying as a gift. This did the job.

Size is perfect for our needs. Energy efficiency will save us money.

Do not buy... this was by far the worst refrigerator I have ever gotten. At the normal settings, anything you put in it spoils and at the highest setting everything freezes. Since buying I have had a technician come check it out, and the irony is that after supposedly fixing it, it stills freezes all my food. I’ve had to away so much food with this nonsensical refrigerator. My suggestion to anyone attempting to buy this is - DON’T!! Use that money towards something else.

So far the product lives up to it's standards. Great customer service at best buy also.

I needed to replace my fridge, this replacement was perfect for my needs. Best buy delivered on time.

Have it a little over a month and it hasn't had any problems. Slightly noise at first until it ran a while.

Drawers are sturdy. Condiment containers on the door are big. Nice sized freezer. So far so good.

It's ok enough. It's noisy when the motor is running.

Great size fridge if you have low cabinets. Not counter depth if that’s what you’re looking for.

Upon delivery of first refrigerator, installers discovered the holes for door handles had been drilled in wrong place! They immediately cancelled that order and reordered another unit. It has been delivered and I have had no problems. I really like this refrigerator/freezer and would highly recommend it and Best Buy to anybody.
