I bought this for our office. It's the perfect size for a small office of less the 10 people. The glass shelves make it easy to clean. The delivery and set up went smoothly and although this was the first time I purchased an appliance from Best Buy, I'm sure I will again.

I was looking for a refrigerator to use in my garage and this was a great size. So far it has been cooling well. The only thing I do not like it that it does not have a light in the freezer. Other than that it is serving the purpose.

Me and my brother got this for our mom and she couldn't be happier, its the color she wanted, and the right size and fit for her kitchen. She's happy, therefore we're happy. Keep up the good work Best Buy employees, and thanks for helping us pick a great fridge. She loves the space she has inside, and the bright lights so she can see what she wants.

I upgraded to this from my white, 10 year old fridge. I've had it about a month. I wanted a quiet, spacious fridge to fit in the allotted space in my 100+ year old home. Not much wiggle room. It looks every modern. I love being able to slide that drawer out of the way. So far, so good.

The fridge and freezer are very spacious. I have two complaints. Freezer has no light. Also the wire to plug into the wall is very short. Being a second fridge in the garage we had to use an extension cord as the fridge can only go one wway. Didn't have these issues with the previous fridge. Also I needed a left swinging door. It comes right swinging. Was told they would change it when delivering it. They didn't do it, the second guy couldn't do it, the third guy did it but it sits slanted. While I like the fridge, not happy about the experience.

Our 9 year old WP fridge died during COVID & getting a replacement wasn't easy, especially because we live in a 70 year old house with a "tight" space to fit the fridge. Best Buy (Pacific Sales) saved the day with this model. It's almost exactly what we had, but a bit narrower & no ice maker - we debated adding the IM, but decided we rarely use, and need more freezer storage right now. Like the LED lighting. It's a little smaller, so we are getting used to that - door storage is a bit tight - but also getting used to it. The guys who delivered it were WONDERFUL - they did a great job haul away & install & took precautions. It's a basic model, but works for us!

My fridge broke and I had to run out to get one and just out of desperation, I went to Best Buy and they had this one that was a floor model, but I could walk out right then with it and so I did; and I actually like the Fridge and the sliding of the drawers is smooth; a lot better than I am used to. I didn't realize it was smaller than my fridge before hand, but it still works for what we use it for; and its more kid friendly with the sliding drawers that feel like they roll more than are dragged out.

A simple refrigerator...but fit my needs for a 2nd unit providing additional storage. Its slim profile helped navigate narrow door openings on its journey...and the adjustable shelving interior in the door with deep buckets is nice. It is also a quiet unit...

Overall this was a good purchase. It runs very quiet and keeps food and drinks really cold. There are only a couple of things that could be improved, like a light in the freezer and solid shelves in the freezer door, so items do not fall through.

After using this refrigerator for a couple of months, I like it very much. It is much roomier than I expected. The door has a variety of storage areas, including one for tall items which as missing in my last frig. It runs quietly, is easy to clean, and was a reasonable price. I see why the reviews were so positive.

I was looking for a new fridge. After a few weeks, I did find what I was looking for. This Whirlpool model is great. Nice, quiet with much bigger capacity then I was expecting. Shelves are from glass, easy to clean, door storage can hold lot of cold drinks in hot summer.It looks great in my kitchen. I am very happy with my decision.

Nice fridge that does the job - plenty of space and not noisy.We purchased this as a spare for the basement. Wish it came with an ice maker though(needs to be purchased as an option)

Very quiet more room than expected.At first I hated this refrigerator because I was used to a bottom freezer now I love it whirlpool is outstanding customer service is excellent Best Buy delivery was outstanding Best Buy has the best appliances and the best price

This is a perfect second refrigerator for the home. It is low cost, quiet, and can hold a lot of frozen and refrigerated items. The glass shelves and drawers are very functional and the door containers are large enough to be useful. I only have owned this one month but it has been everything I expected.

Bought this refrigerator because it was a little bigger than my old one, which was 18 cu ft. The little bit of extra space makes a difference. And I like the gallon holder on the door. More room in the freezer too. Good buy. Like how the cold cut drawer slides back and forth too.

This is a wonderful refrigerator. Great glass shelves, lighting and controls. It holds quite a bit of stuff! Very quiet and doesn't give off any heat. We use this as our second refrigerator and we couldn't be happier. This was an excellent purchase.

I wanted a basic, dependable, no frills refrigerator and that is what I got. The interior space of the fridge is set up nicely, tho the deli drawer could be a bit larger. The freezer is satisfactory except for the space in the freezer door. The shelves in the door which I use for frozen vegetables are too narrow. There is room for the shelves to be wider, or the bar across them to be wider. Other reviewers mention this and i used theircsuggestion of putting pieces of cardboard in the shelves to keep the vegetabkes from falling out.

Whirlpool products are great, the refrigerator fits perfect for the spot we have, couldn't go any bigger and couldn't beat the price so far so good, lighting is great in there and a lot of storage space, I would highly recommend this, the price was right and does a great job for what we needed

Bought two, one with reversed door hinges. Good price, deep shelves. Black shows fingerprints.

The steel finish has updated my kitchen and has made a difference in the appearance of my house. It runs very quietly and it has plenty of room in the freezer.and on the doors. I am very pleased with my purchase.
