Nice size freezer I bought without ice maker as I am using as a basement frig.I like the door shelves user friendly but the crisper bins are on the small side it can be noisy at times but for me this will be a great second refrigerator great freezer space I would recommend for a secondary refrigerator.

My old refrigerator finally had to go and my repair guy said "get a Whirlpool". The blue shirts at my local Best Buy have always been great so I went and talked to Dave. He helped me figure out which one I needed and the whole process went very smoothly. The plus side is that there happened to be a sale when I walked in the door. The refrigerator itself is cooling and freezing and doing everything a refrigerator is supposed to do. There's plenty of room and the freezer is bigger than expected.

Keep food cold. Plenty of room to store everything. Look very nice. Best one I have bought.

Refrigerator works well. Didn't notice when I purchased it, however, that the freezer does not have a light. This was a disappointment to me. It also does not have an ice maker. I purchased one separately as an add on, and it failed to work. I am currently waiting for an ice maker replacement. if someone is accepting of these shortcomings, I would recommend.

Very disappointed in Whirlpool on this one. We bought a white one on November 22, 2022 and the seal on the door had separated. We thought it would be easier for everyone to just get a replacement door. We've been waiting since November to get a new door. But now we notice the top door seal is also separating. Also, the name tag is peeling up off the door. You can see the shadow under the name tag in the picture. We informed Tech this morning about top door having the same problem now. The Tech said now, Best Buy won't get the new bottom door until mid-February. When you buy a brand-new product, it should be in perfect condition. At this point, we prefer just getting a whole new refrigerator.

I love it. It is quiet and the doors inside slide open very easily. I don't mind making my own ice and keep a plastic bin in the freezer to store the ice from the trays. It holds a lot for the size and it has a good reputation for the brand. I would highly recommend this for a small family with limited space.

Where to start? This baby does exactly what you need it to do!!! Open the door, and your food is right there, under the lights!! And let's talk about the crispers for a minute, shall we? Slide that bar from high to low humidity, all adjustable with the variable range, and you will always have crisp greens and non-spoiled fruits and vegetables!!!! Don't even get me started with the top freezer.....open the door and "BOOM!"...there is all your frozen stuff!! Only complaint is there is no light to show off those frozen items. The meat defrost zone is unbelievable....just take your steak out of the freezer, put it in the meat defrost drawer, and, literally, within 30 minutes you have a defrosted steak ready to go!!! The spherical ice cube maker is excellent for those special drinks!! The optional outside ice and water kit, which includes those spherical cubes, is a must.....I highly recommend adding it to your order!! We have been so impressed that we purchased another one of these for the garage!

Delivered on 12/16/2020. A small scratch was found on the top freezer door under the protective wrapping, however it was going to be mostly covered by the handle and we elected to not request a replacement. On 01/07/2021 we noticed that the gasket had started to separate from the freezer door. Will be working with Best Buy to get a replacement for the damaged door. Refrigerator otherwise has worked normally. It is a little louder than our old unit, but not so loud that I would not recommend. The best feature of this refrigerator is that the deli/cheese compartment slides from left to right on the shelf. This allows the shelf to be placed out of the way of larger items. Super convenient.

This refrigerator is everything that I wanted. It is huge and so spacious. I love that the shelves are glass which makes it very easy to clean. Me getting it in black was the greatest idea because I don't have to worry about it getting dirty. The freezer part is spacious as well. When I have company over I get so many compliments on my refrigerator. Thank you best buy I'll be getting all of my Kitchen appliances from you

The delivery team was very professional in setting up. They noticed a cosmetic dent. Informed us of our options. Then a representative called and worked with us. Good storage area. Perfect for a 2nd refrigerator. Cools good

Good fridge almoat all features I wanted. Here is fix for door seal issue: on bottom door, bottom hinge bracket there is a plastic spacer between bracket and fridge. That spacer causes door to not seal correctly at bottom. Remove this spacer and it works fine. Wish there was no metal strips on door bins, but they are not bad and freezer door shelves are not enclosed at bottom. Not a deal breaker, would stay with Whirlpool as the door seal can be resolved with simple assembly change.

Runs a bit louder than I’m used to with other refrigerators. Nothing terrible though. This wasn’t my first choice, but it was the best I could find during the appliance shortage of 2020. However, I’m pleased with the inside space, and the door offers spacious storage. Overall, the refrigerator is a decent size for a family of two (and we store a lot of food). I wasn’t pleased that Best Buy delivered the refrigerator with the door swing on the wrong side. They told me they didn’t have time to switch it, but the parts were there to do it myself. It didn’t take much to figure out that this was not a job for a 74 year-old woman with no mechanical ability. Got to give it to Geek Squad who, after my adventure trying to get help from Best Buy, arranged to have installers come out to change the swing.

Very sleek, spacious, and adjustable. The LED lighting is extremely pleasing to your eyes and illuminates the interior quite well. A minor point of criticism for me is that the stainless steel exterior shows fingerprints at even the slightest touch and it is tough to wipe them off.

This fridge was an upgrade from a smaller version I had before I got married, it has plenty of room and the door can be switched right or left, be advised the cold setting only has 3 levels and you may have to leave it on the highest for a few days to get it where you want it to be, but we are very pleased with this appliance for what it is and what we paid, also it hardly makes any noise, that seems important to some folks!

This fridge is large, easily accessible, and quiet. I purchased it because another fridge quit suddenly. It is large so I did need help to get it in the house and through the door frame without damaging it. Once in it required more work to get the shrink wrapping off than anything else.
