Nice fridge brought it for my girl friend good price

No matter how I set the temperature and air flow setting either the freezer is too warm and the fridge is just right or the fridge is too cold and the freezer is just right.

Great fridge! But I do not recommend delivery and install. They were 6 hours late and never called to let us know. Had to call customer service multiple times. Also fridge door was incorrectly mounted on the wrong side. Technician said they had no idea how to reverse it. Terrible.

I haven't had my new refrigerator for very long, but so far I love it. The size is perfect, especially for my smaller kitchen. VERY quiet. Seriously, you can't even tell that it's on, but it definitely is. I like that the shelves are adjustable, even the ones on the door. Door shelves can hold gallon milk containers. The crisper drawers are see-through, which I really like (I would constantly forget I had stuff in my old one). LED light in the fridge is nice, but there's no light in the freezer. Only complaint I have is the fridge is lower to the ground so in order to get things off my top shelf, I need to bend down. Not really a big deal since I'm short, but a taller person might not like this. I replaced my old Whirlpool with this one, and I'm loving the overall differences. Lots more freezer space than I used to have which makes shopping a lot easier. I don't have to constantly worry that I don't have enough freezer space. This was purchased for a household of two, and works great for us.

We purchased this fridge 3 years ago and it has been fine. Best Buy was professional with delivery and set up, which was a plus. 2 months ago the refrigerator started freezing absolutely everything in it, no matter the setting it is on. We’ve now had 2 repair guys come out, replaced the motherboard and sensors and it’s still freezing everything. We’re at wits end and will have to end up purchasing a new refrigerator. It definitely will not be a whirlpool, which is a bummer because we purchased the entire matching set together. A fridge shouldn’t go out after only 3 years.

Not even two weeks old and the seal around door is falling off. Still waiting for the part to come in because they had to order it.

This was the worst product of any kind I've ever bought. Because of the times it took 3 months to receive it after ordering. Same day of arrival I knew there was a problem by the loud unusual noise it made. Took two weeks for Whirlpool to be reached and a tech sent. After discovering the unit was " dry " of any freon gas the tech returned 5 times over the next three months replacing everything inside. Noise continued and caused Me very much stress. Whirlpool denied replacing it after all the work done. I will Never again buy a whirlpool product period !!

It looks nice. But, everything was very cheap on the fridge. The first fridge that was delivered had bad seals. Second fridge didn’t have holes drilled properly which made the doors crooked. Sent second fridge back and upgraded to a different brand. Very disappointed.

I bought this fridge in 2015 for my rental property. So far the tenants have managed to break the lower and upper handles two times. Otherwise, this is OK.

Thv whirlpool top freezer fridge was bought on thanksgiving sales and is good.

Great product good size would buy again keeps good cold

I bought this refrigerator to use as a second, after it was installed I noticed that it does not produce cold air, and I exchanged with another one as well, which at first worked quite well, but about a month later I noticed that it does not it's quite cold air and even the air in the room is very hot. After I set it to maximum as if it started working, but everything is repeated about every week all the products can be thrown away. I mention that the problems started a month later when the resumption procedure is no longer possible.

The freezer after a week still in 30 degree, my ice cream is like a shake. Called and they told me will send me a new one and nobody show up. Still waiting for their call back

I see drops of water on top of the refrigerator door .Need to know why?

Paid for ice maker to be installed.Was told it couldnt be installed because a shut off valve need to be changed! I had ice maker in my previous refrigerator! I couldnt get my money back. If I change shut off valve I need Best Buy to finish installing my ice maker, which I paid for!

It's a nice fridge. I wasn't happy that because we took the floor model no delivery was offered and when we brought the truck they pretty much got it to the truck and left it there. But the one who helped us was awesome. The style and look of the fridge is wonderful.

This is a great refrigerator and fit perfectly in the space.
