I informed the same customer service rep who handled the delivery/installation fiasco I experienced and never received and acknowledgement of this defect. In person, the fridge looks nothing like stainless steel, despite the stainless look of the picture. In person it looks more like some sort of non-metal material that was painted dark gray.

It was finally delivered on 8/12/2020. The delay caused rotting of the food, lack of enough space in the temporary small fridge we had to purchase and many other problems.

Got it home, followed directions and it didn't wor
