    The refrigerator never came, it was on backorder since October 2023 and it's now Jan 2024 so I canceled it. I had to called several times for an update.

    Arrived to my rental property with a huge ding on front of door. I informed the same customer service rep who handled the delivery/installation fiasco I experienced and never received and acknowledgement of this defect. In person, the fridge looks nothing like stainless steel, despite the stainless look of the picture. In person it looks more like some sort of non-metal material that was painted dark gray.

    I bought this on the day before Memorial Day to use it right way for my meat and stuff that I bought for the holiday I Choose open box because I need it that day I took it home and plug it after 3 hrs but not cooling next day same think They told me to bring it back and I did And bought another one

    Refrigerator was delivered 10 days late!

    The fridge was purchased on 7/30/2020 and it was supposed be delivered on 8/4/2020. It was finally delivered on 8/12/2020. The delay caused rotting of the food, lack of enough space in the temporary small fridge we had to purchase and many other problems.

    Poor MANAGEMENT IN HANDLING THE DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER IN A DAMAGED CONDITION, AND IN THE SAME WAY, I FEEK I SHOULD BE BETTER COMPENSATED, BIG DEAL AND NOT ONLY THAT I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR A REPLACEMENT!!! I NEED TO BE BETTER COMPENSATED!!!

    5 months after the warranty ran out (which is one year) it stopped cooling. I lost over $100 in food and now have to pay for a service call and possibly have it serviced....5 months left to pay on it!!

    Got it home, followed directions and it didn't wor

    Purchased it. Followed directions from the store as to when to plug it in which was very different then the manufacturers directions. The fridge never cooled. Ended up returning it the following week

    They delivered it scratched my floor. Wrecked my composite porch deck boards by dropping the old fridge on them and then never calling back about the claim. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
