I love Whirlpool products and this fridge fits very well into my small space. It's a littler smaller than my last, but I'm single and don't need a huge amount of space. My only complaint is no light in the freezer. This seems really strange, it's extremely difficult to see inside. Don't understand the lack of a light in the freezer. . .

I bought this fridge because mine had broken down. I love this whirlpol fridge! It's quiet and is very cold and freezes very fast.I love that the bins are movable and there is plenty or storage bins. I had this item shipped to my home and the moving guys were very nice. They also hauled away my old broken fridge with no charge at all! Now that's awsome!!

This is an excellent refrigerator for the price. It is very quiet and very energy efficient. It is stainless steel both in front and on the sides. The interior shelving is very good and well designed. This was a great choice for our small kitchen. It is very spacious inside.

I bought the first fridge in December 2017. It came just before Christmas so I didn't think much of it and left for my family's house. I put water bottles in it and they were cool but not cold. Odd. Then I got ice cream for my son's birthday in January. It was super soft when I got it. Super odd. I didn't trust it but became ill so I didn't use it. THen in February I put ice cream in it for my daughter's birthday. IT MELTED. In the freezer. I even put it on the coldest setting and it made no difference. There was water on the fridge under the door and leaking out of the freezer door. I called warranty and got a repair guy to come out. Meanwhile I invested in 2 thermometers...one for my old old fridge and one for the new one. Old fridge at 0 degrees. New fridge at 25 degrees...not cold enough for ice cream or to keep food very long! Visit 1: (Had to miss work) He took it apart inside and said it must be a sensor. Visit 2: (Had to miss work) He came back and changed the sensor. BUT then he noticed that it wasn't "frosting up" right and he said there was a lead in the sealed system. They were recommending replacement. Phone Call: Repair man said they really think it should be replaced. But they are required to fix it by Whirlpool. Even though it's not a good idea. Visit 3: (Had to miss work) Guy comes out, fills it up with freon. I'm good to go. Case Closed. Well, it DIDN'T work. It's at 25 degrees! So I call Whirlpool and get nowhere. Nothing. Nada. "They have no record of me ever having a repair" even though THEY are who sent out and paid the repair man! Sorry, they said. They don't see that I ever had a repair done. So I missed 3 days of work for my health. I post on facebook. Then I get a call and they will provide a replacement fridge. OK. I'll try again. Just a 8 days ago I received a new fridge! (Had to miss work) IT IS NOT COOLING. It's over 20 degrees too! There is water on the fridge between the doors, again. Water all over and dripping from the freezer door, again. This time there is water on the seals of the fridge too! I call. They ask questions and I tell them it is in a temperature controlled area. It is in my laundry room. Well, they say it must be the "energy field" from my dryer? (what is an energy field from a dryer?) So I laugh because we have NOT done laundry at all this week! None. We have a lot of clothes... They want to start the whole repair cycle AGAIN, for the same exact problem. Are they planning on taking days off of work for me? No, they said have a friend at the house. Ummm my friends all have jobs too. Everyone works. I have already taken 5 days if you count the delivery. They won't refund my money. I am beyond upset. The "manager" guy was incredibly rude too. Don't buy this fridge and don't expect much from Whirlpool's customer service.

Had strict size constraints for a new refrigerator. This Whirlpool is good looking, reasonably priced with good usable space inside and quiet while running.

I like the Fridge, The Price was good and the people at Best Buy handled it well. Hauling the old Fridge should have been Free because Georgia Power would have hauled it Free and would have paid me $35.00. If you can credit my credit card with $89.00 hauling fee I will be happy. Thank you

This refrigerator replaced my old one, and it is working well. I like the adjustable bins on the refrigerator door, they hold many more items than before. I like the deli slide drawer; however, the vegetable bins seem to be smaller than my former ones. Still, a very good refrigerator.

This is a nice fridge/freezer. Lots of room in the fridge for things and very versatile. Freezer is a decent size too. Not sure it would be enough room for more than a family of 3, but good for just one or two people, or a second fridge. Love how energy efficient it is.

The refrigerator appears to be working well; however, when the tech team came to change the door from opening right-to-left to opening left-to-right, the door handles are overtly misaligned. It does not affect operation but it is aesthetically very noticeable and unsightly.

This refrigerator not only was a good value with good features, but is very nice to look at. It has run well and haven't had any problems with it at all.

This fridge works great!! I love that you can put your milk in the for and the lighting is great!

Aiden, Nate and Conrad were awesome to work with - very helpful! Have had refrigerator less than a month. Love the space. However, scratches easily. Just moved a very lightweight magnet and it scratched.

I've had this refrigerator since Dec.2015. After a few days I noticed that the recommended setting freezes on the bottom shelf, 28 to 30 degrees, and is too warm on the upper shelves, 45 degrees. The first setting is too warm. Called Whirlpool for warranty service and the service person said that's just how this refrigerator works, as in it can't be fixed! I bought this refrigerator to replace an old Roper refrigerator that had started to freeze things on the bottom shelf but it was 15 years old! Also asked for a replacement for the door which was dented. Was told a replacement door would be here Feb. 4. ( over a month?) Haven't received it yet! Called Whirlpool Feb.8 and was told that the door hadn't been received by the service people yet and that the doors are special made. That's BS!! These refrigerators are mass produced and the only difference between them is the name the manufacturer puts on the door, ie, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Frigidaire, etc...They're the same refrigerator. Called Best Buy. They won't take it back or replace it. So I'm stuck with this 2 month old Whirlpool refrigerator that cost nearly $700 that I have to adjust the temperature in twice a day and doesn't even work as well as my 15 year old Roper refrigerator! I'll not be buying anything more from Best Buy and certainly never another Whirlpool product!

It's a very quiet fridge and have more space inside.

Very quiet. A bit awkward to get a good balance between freezer and fresh food temperatures. Not enough shelf height adjustability. Meat keeper drawer is too shallow. Freezer door shelf allows stuff to fall through. I do like the clear glass shelves. Most annoying, the freezer and main doors are different colors! The main door has a slightly bluish shade to it. Not much to do about it and the difference will get hidden with magnets and decorations.

Works like it should. Only issue we had was right after it was delivered. The top of the freezer seal was not sealing. Made a warranty claim and they came out pretty quick (within a few days) and fixed the issue. No problems since.

I did panic when it was delivered because I did not think it was cooling correctly but after 24hours on normal setting, this thing works fine and dandy! Just a great basic refrigerator with high reviews on every website retailer. Doesn't hold those juice bottles from the warehouse clubs though ... they are about 1/4 inch too tall for the shelves but I'll live with that.

In the store the refrigerator was okay. Once I had in in my house and had my food and drinks inside I was so amazed how much room I had and how deep it really was. The lighting is perfect and bright , as well for the sizes. For my first refrigerator buyer, I got to say best choice ever.

Think long and hard whether you want a top mount freezer. This unit works great and I like the adjustable shelves, but I don't think I would get a top freezer unit again. It did have an early freezer gasket issue, but service took care of it fast and no problems since.
