It is a very good refrigerator a small space or an extra. I have it in my garage to hold extra supplies. It keeps the food cold. The freezer had to be turned all of the way up, because ice cream on the door was too soft. Can't tell if this will not be able to weather the summer in the heat or not.

Simple fridge with few frills - which is all we need, and especially when limited by size. It's narrow enough for the slot in the base cabinets and short enough to fit under the wall cabinet. Pros: reasonable price, generous freezer, easily adjustable door bins, good light in the main fridge space Cons: ONLY 3 settings with no temperature display, so you can't fine adjust temps when veggies start to freeze (my old basic fridge had 5 settings with a dial). This was a major disappointment and it's not clear on the website photo. This is the only reason I dropped the rating to a 3. After a month it runs well. The door handle was misaligned at delivery, but I called Best Buy and Geek Squad fixed it with no problem about a week later

Replaced a similar Whirlpool 18 cubic foot refrigerator that has worked well for the last 14 years. This is in the lower level of our house, the bar area. The cabinets were built around the refrigerator so it was critical to get the same measurements. This new Whirlpool is 19 cubic feet. The Height and width are the same as the 18 the depth is about 3 inches more so you end up with 19 cubic feet. And yes, it does look a little bigger. Works great. As others have commented it would be nice to have more flexibility in the temperature settings and a light in the freezer would be nice but it is not critical. Very satisfied.

I live in a small apartment and it is the perfect size. It is very quiet. Lots of storage. I like that the small drawer in the middle can be moved from side to side.

Excellent product, solidly built to withstand the test of time. The upper chamber has very large space to store frozen food; more importantly, the temperature can be adjusted to convert to refrigerator temperature or freezer temperature I find that tool very impressive. The draw back is that when you bend down to get food from lower chamber you have to be carful not to hit your head on the door handle. To solve that problem, the upper chamber should be half of its original size. However, restaurant owners will love it because it gives them more space for food storage. Another positive aspect of this product is that it has removable ice cube maker; you just have to to buy the kit under $50. This is more economical than purchasing a refrigerator with ice maker for $1800-$2500. Overall, this refrigerator is the best of the best. I gave it a five star. Keep it up Whirlpool.

We chose the black one for my parents' home since Bisque was a special order. It works quite well in the room. The inside is pretty spacious and laid out well. The sliding 'deli drawer' is a convenient perk; as are the gallon/2-liter bins on the door. The finish is beautiful and easy to keep clean. The LED light is bright and useful, however taller pitchers on the top shelf will keep it from illuminating the lower shelves, I've noticed. The 'down sides' to the refrigerator are few, but are noteworthy: NO lighting in the freezer. (Maybe this is standard now, but older models had a light in the freezer - my dad "misses" it. :) ) NO egg and butter "holders" or ice cube trays (again, maybe not pertinent in new refrigerators, but USED to be a "given".) The plastics seem quite flimsy. I fear, over time (and not a very long time) the plastic will get brittle and break/crack pretty easily. We'll see how that goes over time. If you need a "basic" top freezer refrigerator that has a few nice amenities, this would fit the bill. We had size/height restrictions and this specific one fit and looks great.

I live in an apartment and needed a smaller size fridge. Fridge keeps food and drinks cold, freezer works great as well. I'm also very pleased with the larger freezer size. Although I opted not to install the ice maker yet, its large enough that you still have plenty of room for your other items. It's also really quiet compared to the one I had before. I'm very satisfied with my fridge.

This refrigerator does exactly what we wanted and expected. Great size for small family. Delivery went well, except pieces of plastic wrapping are stuck under the handles and trim, and there is no easy way to get it out. It looks a little tacky. But frige works well, and is nice and quiet.

Bought this because couldn't buy a chest freezer. This is a great fridge with a large freezer. It's perfect. I keep it in my living room and has been so helpful, providing all the extra room I need for not only frozen food, but for soft drinks, water, and other necessary items. The freezer is about as large as the chest freezer I bought for my daughter. I love it and would recommend it if you want a quality refrigerator/freezer at a reasonable price

We have had very good luck with this refrigerator ... it is very quiet and lots of space in the bins on the door for our items. The delivery and installation went very smoothly ... the installers were very careful with bringing our old fridge out and the new one in. Note that the icemaker does not come with it - you would need to order it separately if you would like it (optional).

Very disappointed in Whirlpool on this one. We bought a white one on November 22, 2022 and the seal on the door had separated. We thought it would be easier for everyone to just get a replacement door. We've been waiting since November to get a new door. But now we notice the top door seal is also separating. Also, the name tag is peeling up off the door. You can see the shadow under the name tag in the picture. We informed Tech this morning about top door having the same problem now. The Tech said now, Best Buy won't get the new bottom door until mid-February. When you buy a brand-new product, it should be in perfect condition. At this point, we prefer just getting a whole new refrigerator.

I love my new Whirlpool stainless top freezer! Even though it's the same size as the one that I replaced, it seems to have much more space, especially on the doors. All of the door compartments can be moved to fit your condiments and beverages, which is great. It's also easy to keep clean as long as you buy the stainless steel wipes. It's a nice looking refrigerator and pretty quiet too!

Nice size freezer I bought without ice maker as I am using as a basement frig.I like the door shelves user friendly but the crisper bins are on the small side it can be noisy at times but for me this will be a great second refrigerator great freezer space I would recommend for a secondary refrigerator.

We bought this to have as a second refrigerator-freezer in the garage. We are very pleased with it. Many features for the price - glass shelves, deep drawers, well-designed door shelves and pockets. Cools well. Freezer is no frills but maximizes its internal space. Just make sure to specify if you want installation in addition to delivery because otherwise they may try just to drop it off.

I love it. It is quiet and the doors inside slide open very easily. I don't mind making my own ice and keep a plastic bin in the freezer to store the ice from the trays. It holds a lot for the size and it has a good reputation for the brand. I would highly recommend this for a small family with limited space.

I shopped around to four stores, including Sears (where I thought I would find the best one), and to my surprise, Best Buy had the best refrigerator for my price range and the size, and with the amenities I was looking for. I love the glass shelves and the movable under-shelf bin and adjustable door shelves. It looks very nice, runs pretty quietly and temperatures are consistent. Freezer is roomier than my old one. The delivery guys were very prompt and nice too. Very happy!

Where to start? This baby does exactly what you need it to do!!! Open the door, and your food is right there, under the lights!! And let's talk about the crispers for a minute, shall we? Slide that bar from high to low humidity, all adjustable with the variable range, and you will always have crisp greens and non-spoiled fruits and vegetables!!!! Don't even get me started with the top freezer.....open the door and "BOOM!"...there is all your frozen stuff!! Only complaint is there is no light to show off those frozen items. The meat defrost zone is unbelievable....just take your steak out of the freezer, put it in the meat defrost drawer, and, literally, within 30 minutes you have a defrosted steak ready to go!!! The spherical ice cube maker is excellent for those special drinks!! The optional outside ice and water kit, which includes those spherical cubes, is a must.....I highly recommend adding it to your order!! We have been so impressed that we purchased another one of these for the garage!

This product was easy to setup. I'm not handy but it was simple. This fridge has no frills, no ice or water maker or touch screen. It refrigerates and does so efficiently and quietly. The sliding drawer is very useful for those times where something is just a little wider than expected.
