When I first looked at this fridge I was impressed with the use of space. I love the adjustable shelves on the door. I also love the small sliding drawer on the upper shelf. The freezer is actually bigger then i need which is a good thing. It is very well constructed and quieter then i expected. I also like the fact that i can add an ice maker in the future.

Me and my brother got this for our mom and she couldn't be happier, its the color she wanted, and the right size and fit for her kitchen. She's happy, therefore we're happy. Keep up the good work Best Buy employees, and thanks for helping us pick a great fridge. She loves the space she has inside, and the bright lights so she can see what she wants.

The fridge and freezer are very spacious. I have two complaints. Freezer has no light. Also the wire to plug into the wall is very short. Being a second fridge in the garage we had to use an extension cord as the fridge can only go one wway. Didn't have these issues with the previous fridge. Also I needed a left swinging door. It comes right swinging. Was told they would change it when delivering it. They didn't do it, the second guy couldn't do it, the third guy did it but it sits slanted. While I like the fridge, not happy about the experience.

Overall this was a good purchase. It runs very quiet and keeps food and drinks really cold. There are only a couple of things that could be improved, like a light in the freezer and solid shelves in the freezer door, so items do not fall through.

We purchased this refrigerator for a back up to put in our basement. I put a few things in the freezer and fridge before going on vacation for two weeks. When I went down to get something out of the freezer items I saw items were not frozen. I thought maybe door left slightly ajar or something so turned up the control from the recommended temp to coldest possible. Went back a week later and still not frozen. Called Best Buy they said I had to call Whirlpool. Called Whirlpool and they sent out a tech that came today and said it’s leaking freon. Now have to wait another week for a part to be ordered and him to come back to fix/put in a dye to see where leak is. I called Whirlpool and requested they just give us a new refrigerator since this has been bad from the start. They won’t. They insist the 1 year warranty is for repairs not replacement. They will not tell me how many times I will have to suffer through repair appointments should it not be fixed completely next week. Best Buy has thrown up their hands on this and offered no help. I am frustrated to have bought something new that should be working and wasting so much time now with repairs and it’s less than 2 months old. I will never buy another Whirlpool product both due to poor quality as well as poor customer service when there is an issue. I understand if this situation had happened with an appliance purchased through Lowes that Lowes would have assisted in returning and replacing so I will not buy any other appliances at Best Buy either.

Wish there was a light in the freezer. Lots of adjustable shelves. Lots of room in the door. Mine has a corner that scratches my arm when I open the fridge door--that may just be a fluke on mine. It is not a serious problem.

I love my new refrigerator! I really like that the shelves are adjustable in the door.

Great fridge for an apartment. Fits everything we can think of. The only small down side is the freezer door shelves allow various items to just fall through the bottom. Small problem but dealt with the generous amount of freezer space.

i needed a replacement , price and size made this an excellent choice for my household. paid a small fee to remove my old one ... friendly professional staff ! a 4 because no light in freezer and cord is short.

I love my new refrigerator. It's very spacious and it gets things cold pretty fast. Can't beat the price. The only thing is you may have to buy an extension cord depending on how high your outlet is, as the cord isn't very long.

We love this simple, non-technical refrigerator. It's roomy inside and is an excellent buy. The freezer portion of the refrigerator has lots of space. If you want a refrigerator that only keeps food cool and adequate space to place frozen items in..this is the refrigerator for you. For the prize you can't go wrong!

Great Basic Refrigerator. No bells or whistles. Able to add an ice maker if you want to. Lots of storage space. Door shelves feel pretty sturdy so far. Pretty quiet so far.

Wanted to replace my man cave beer fridge which was working fine but getting old so looked for something on the inexpensive side and this one fit the bill just fine. It also stores excess roasts, steaks, burgers etc. as I need the freezer for ice only. Very quiet, ice maker works great. Negatives are there are no shelves to store 2 quart bottles of pop as they are too tall. Secondly, the freezer door does not allow us to freeze quart jars upright as there are two shelves neither of which will hold these upright. Home run so far for the price.

This is a wonderful refrigerator. Great glass shelves, lighting and controls. It holds quite a bit of stuff! Very quiet and doesn't give off any heat. We use this as our second refrigerator and we couldn't be happier. This was an excellent purchase.

We've tried some other brands (notably Frigidaire) for our garage installation, and had various problems -- but Best Buy in-store rep was very helpful. He suggested Whirlpool, and it has not disappointed. It is quiet, keeps the temp, and has lots of room. The price was an added bonus!

Nice unit. Works well unlike the Frigidaire that we bought prior. Thank you Best Buy for exchanging not one but TWO units for us and finally getting this third one that actually works. Only gripe with this fridge is why only 3 settings?! There must have been more at one time as the owner manual included hinted at it but customer support said no only 3 settings low (too warm), medium (just about perfect) and max (WAY too cold). For the money Whirlpool charged for this size fridge they could have done a little better here. But unlike Frigidaire at least Whirlpool makes one that actually cools the food and does not spoil it or melt frozen goods.

I own rental property. My tenant is overjoyed by this refrigerator. This refrigerator has plenty of room for a family of four and holds up well with wipe downs from sticky fingers. If you are looking for a great refrigerator for a reasonable price you wont go wrong with this refrigerator.

My fridge broke and I had to run out to get one and just out of desperation, I went to Best Buy and they had this one that was a floor model, but I could walk out right then with it and so I did; and I actually like the Fridge and the sliding of the drawers is smooth; a lot better than I am used to. I didn't realize it was smaller than my fridge before hand, but it still works for what we use it for; and its more kid friendly with the sliding drawers that feel like they roll more than are dragged out.

I bought this fridge for my commercial warehouse . We needed a new one and a good size one too. They deliver on time and hauled out the old one for only $14.99. Works like a charm, looks great, and is very spacious. Love the nice compartments it has. I purchased the white color. Higly recommended.
