This experience deserves a negative ten star rating. We bought the appliance on sale 4/12/25 and could have gotten one even cheaper if we had wanted to purchase the floor model. We opted to pay more for a new, in-the-box unit. Salesperson lied to us about delivery timeframe, stating it would only be about a week Delivery was not until 4/30. We asked about extended warranty, and he added a Best Buy + Membership instead of the requested warranty. We asked for delivery and installation. He said bcse of our distance (60 miles), our cost for delivery and installation would be $180. That price, however, did NOT include installation. It was for drop off only! Brand new ITB Whirlpool was delivered 4/30, but the compressor never worked. The temp inside the fridge and freezer never got below 74 degrees. Called customer service who told me they would send a repairman out the next week. I told her that i had not paid for a new refrigerator that had to be repaired straight out of the box. I paid $1700 for a new, working refrigerator. If Best Buy wants to repair it and sell it to someone else, that's their choice, but I do not want a $1700 repaired refrigerator; I wanted a new, operational refrigerator. She ordered the pick up of the faulty refrigerator and delivery of a new refrigerator for one week later, 5/7. On 5/7 the delivery person called to inform me of delivery time and also mentioned that the unit being sent was an "open box" unit. That is NOT what I paid for. We had intentionally avoided that when we purchased it!! Trying to have me pay full price for a basically used refrigerator and passing it off as a new, ITB unit is underhanded and deceitful. (Seems to be Best Buy's standard operating procedure!! ) When I talked with customer service, she informed me that they would have to locate another unit for me...She wasnt sure how long it would take. I explained that we had already gone without a refrigerator for an extended period of time and were not interested in having to wait ANOTHER MONTH for Best Buy to get its act together. She said that she would put in the order for picking up the faulty refrigerator and for cancellation of the order, but it would be 24 hours before she could do anything about scheduling the pick up. I pointed out that the delivery person was already scheduled to arrive TODAY. Therefore, he could pick it up today. She said that it didnt work that way, and that I would have to wait...I have already waited from April 12 until May 7!! I told her that I wasnt waiting any longer and that she had to get her faulty refrigerator out of my house today, or I would get it out on my own because I am getting a FUNCTIONING, new refrigerator from SOMEWHERE this week! She continued to tell me that it didnt work that way. I told her that if she did not get the refrigerator today, then I would be pushing it out of my house and off the deck. She promptly contacted the very nice, competent, and professional delivery person who agreed that he could pick up the faulty refrigerator today. He picked it up at the scheduled time... We then attempted to contact the Greenville NC store where we had made the purchase. They have no direct line that allows customers to contact them directly. The number redirects the call to customer care services. We talked with several customer care agents today who seemed to be totally uninterested in trying to amicably resolve the issue...and deliver a working refrigerator within a reasonable timeframe. So, I'm awaiting the reversal of charges to my Best Buy card (which I have now destroyed)...AND I now have a new, in-the-box Whirlpool (same model) being delivered AND INSTALLED in 3 days...3 DAYS!!!! Delivery is from southern VA, approximately 80 miles away. The cost of delivery AND installation is only $29 !!!! And I already have the documents regarding our 5-year extended warranty! Thanks, Home Depot!! Best Buy could learn something about customer service and professionalism from their delivery person Scott and from Home Depot! I am still awaiting confirmation of receiving a full refund of the entire order, including the $180 delivery charges. The last question in this survey asks if l would recommend this item. I have said no because I would not recommed it from Best Buy. I won't be recommending anything from Best Buy. I love the size and design of the fridge! The refrigerator that I did receive was faulty. It happens. I understand that. What I cannot understand and choose not to ever have to endure again is Best Buy's lack of professional behavior and deceitfulness...not just once, but 3 times...as well as thier apathy, their lack of concern for correcting issues that are causing customers additional frustration...So no, I wouldn't recommend anything from Best Buy!

Delivered on time Clean polite delivery people. Rfftigetstor works well. Holds surprising amount. Some difficulty adjusting shelves some unable to be moved

This fridge is a great buy. It's a little out of the norm but woks really The temperature remains constant and is more quiet than a mouse

Beautiful, classy look. Convenient double sided freezer. Large capacity refrigeration on top. Very quiet! Nice not having a water dispenser, yet an ice dispenser!

I love this refrigerator. It makes more ice than the ones with the ice machine in the door. I don’t need a water dispenser because I prefer bottled water, where I can get both hot and cold water on demand. Thus refrigerator is roomy without being so large or deep. My only complaint is that the left side upper door does not close as easily as the other doors do. As a result, I need to be mindful and check that that door is closed all the way. It has an alarm bell for this, but if you leave the kitchen, you don’t hear it.

It is beautiful. I love that the bottom has shelves instead of just a drawer. It’s much easier to organize the freezer like this.

Fridge runs and looks great. We enjoy the look. The No handle look is nice. Also, you don’t have to slam doors for them to shut.

Great refrigerator. The freezer has drawers and pull out shelves. Doesn’t hold as much, but item’s don’t get buried in the bottom. I was afraid the grandkids would not like the ice being inside. They love it. Bigger bins on the doors make it easier to organize.

I really like this refrigerator. It's quiet and energy efficient. Even though it's counter depth, it holds more food than my old standard depth refrigerator.

Having four doors makes placing items easier and easier to retrieve. It might have been nicer to have an inside cold water but I didn't see it as an option. Extremely quiet operation.

We were limited by the space that delivery would have to work with, so we chose a model that would fit. We like the 4-door approach. You only have to open half of the refrigerator at a time. Though it holds less than some models, it is more efficient in its space than some, and we can see everything easy so that nothing gets forgotten and spoiled.

This was an emergency purchase and we decided to upgrade in the process. It had everything we wanted and was perfect for the space we had. The price even fit our budget. We have not regretted a minute of having this refrigerator. We would definitely by it again and have recommended it to others.

Love love love this fridge. We bought this as a gift for our parents. There is lots if space and my parents love it. The look is so modern and super sleek too.
