You can set temp from limited predefined range, different for each compartments. I wish it would have be provided better range.

But, I expected it to have a water filter for the ice maker. No such luck. And the installation people did not mention the lack of one even thought I purchased the connection kit. Probably don't think I would purchase another one if I had to, or recommend it to a friend.

I has never worked properly. Whirlpool's contracted service provider is backed up making for a couple of weeks between visits to get nothing done. I guess they are having too many issues to manage. Now, six weeks in the parts needed to fix the refrigerator are backordered with no status available as to when they will be shipped. Think about it 6 weeks without a working freezer, no end date to remedy in sight and this is OK with Whirlpool. Stay away from this product.

The predetermined heights limit anything tall going in the refrigerator. Our unit kept popping a circuit when it was first engaged pulling a lot of amps to start up. Might have just been our unit. We put it in a business office location so it worked. I would not use this unit for a home.
