Was hesitant buying this as it is a new design, but couldn't be happier with it. A lot of space, its quiet and I don't miss the outside handles at all! Very happy.

Very good refrigerator. Holds a good amount with very convenient spacing options between shelves. The alarm is a nice feature and the overall look is very clean. Best Buy was the cheapest option I could find and were very easy to work with. They removed my old fridge and installed the new one with water line. Highly suggest this.

The space segments is pretty great distributed. We didn’t want any water system so it gave us more internal storage space. Freezer is a bite small but still better having doors opening on sides then sliding doors which will take more of your storage space. 4 stars for the optimization of storage space, some section could be higher to fit taller bottles on door compartments so fix that and you got a 5 star product.

The double side by side freezers make organizing the freezer easy so items aren’t lost to freezer burn but the fridge section has several design issues. The light at the top is not very bright and is blocked by anything that is placed on the top shelf because the top shelf is a short shelf. Easy solution, right? Move the shelves. No such luck. The shelves are not moveable so there is one large shelf in the middle with a top and bottom shelf that are both just a little too short for what I would put on those shelves. On the upside, the pocket shelves in the doors are nice and big. Still, I am struggling to organize and fit my items in the fridge. On the up side, the delivery team was fabulous and the fridge is gorgeous on the outside (although not fingerprint resistant in the least)

Had this almost 2 mos. My only complaint is the plastic used to wrap it. Protection is a good thing but this is OTT. I'm still trying to get it out from under the panels as bits and pieces are sticking up out from under. Freezer space could be a bit bigger. But I've figured out how to work with it. However, Im only one person. A family probably will have storage problems sonce the ice maker takes up a good bit of space on one side. Overall though, I'm happy with it.

I like this refrigerator. I like that it is counter depth and has 4 doors. It looks modern and works well with my kitchen

Love the way it fits in its place well and love the handless design as well but the fridge has issues. It doesn't cool as well as our old fridge and food goes bad much faster. The freezer works well but is very small. We had to purchase a second freezer. The biggest complaint I have is after only 4 months the ice maker stopped working. Followed all of the video instructions and was able to reset it and it started making ice again. Then after 6 months it stopped again but this time to no avail it will not make ice. I read that you can unfreeze the line but the only instructions found will not work with this particular ice maker. I have also read that there is a defective part causing this and hoped Whirlpool may have come up with a good solution by now? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You

Love this refrigerator. Bought on line without seeing it at the store. It is sleek and spacious inside. You think you won’t have enough room but it really accommodates our needs. Best Buy stayed in touch regarding delivery. It was really an easy transaction.

This fridge is beautiful. Love it it looks sleek. But if you want more storage for your food this is not the fridge for you. Since it is counter depth you are loosing space. But I don’t usually have slot in my fridge so this is perfect.

Great refrigerator for the price and size. If you are looking for interior adjustable shelves or a build in water filter, I would recommend looking at other models.

I love my whirlpool refrigerator. It has lots of compartments and plenty of shelves.

There was a problem setting up the water line. I had to hire a plumber for the correct connection. However, I do love my purchase now that all is working properly.

If you are going after a good looking fridge look no further but if you want practical keep looking. Freezer space is pretty much useless & can't store tall bottles in fridge on doors - really miss that feature.

We love our new refrigerator/ freezer. The 4 doors have worked well for my family.

Nice refrigerator and definitely worth the on-sale price I paid. I would have liked a bit more customization ability for shelf placement, but overall it was a good purchase choice.

Paid extra to keep this fridge with the house I just bought. Less than a year old and does not always stay cold enough. Internet search seems to indicate it is not an isolated problem. Sides also get very warm when it’s running. Tired of throwing out food, so will be replacing it and won’t take a chance on another whirlpool model.
