Awesome freezer,Awesome price and AWESOME service!

I LOVE my freezer!!!! EVERYTHING fits in it and I can find what I am looking for easily.

We like everything about the freezer. It is spacious and I added baskets to hold specific foods and it keeps it so organized. We also try to purchase our appliances made by Whirlpool.

So far no problems but for the gasket that goes around on the outside of the door & around, as look like a roller coaster with it being in & out, the service co. replaced the whole door, now after waiting over a month to arrive now have to wait for the service come back out to install the door as well to for me to be able to check it all out before they do that, I am not able to get it out of the box to look at it first as the door is way too heavy for me to get it out of the box to look at it. Like the extra storage on the door a lot of other freezers have much less storge on the inside on the door. So far it is keeping good temperature being in the safe zone on the freezing number for safe freezing. It is a bit too soon for me to say much more as have not had it that long. Hope it will last a very long time, I do not think it will make 18 years with not to be needing to be serviced like my old one that had to be replaced.

Like the size, it is a bit larger than the one it replaced that was almost 20 years old. hope this one lasts that long.

Got this to replace an older stand up chest freezer that died. Overall it’s everthing I expected and for the last 2 months I’ve had it, no issues. The temp alarm is a nice feature but I was thinking it would be a loud alarm you would hear, instead it’s a light that flickers red inside the chest, which is less helpful. It can be locked if that’s useful to some. Best Buy delivery was A+

Love my new frost free freezer!! They utilized the space perfectly. Alot of room on the door & so many deep shelves. Cant wait to fill this with venison!!

Great freezer but delivery sucked this time. Pulled in my drive and dumped the freezer into my garage. No instructions, no testing to see if it work. We had to un- crate, deal with the large boxes, and everything else. Poor service but love the freezer now.

Works excellent ! Freezes fast. I'm sad though because the handle on the bottom will not screw on. So I have to grab the handle at the top. Sometimes I forget and grab at the bottom. I need to call the company and have them come fix the issue.

We are totally satisfied with the purchase and the great service we received from Wendy. Her explanations were clear and precise and, she seemed thrilled with her job. Wendy explained all the necessary aspects concerning the freezer.

This freezer is perfect for our needs. It's large enough and keeps items frozen without frost. It was a great value for the money compared to other options.
