Food seems to freeze very quickly on the standard settings, and the freezer is reasonably quiet. Note that this freezer does not have a reversible door, although other versions of the freezer do have such the extra holes and mountings required, and the instructions tell you how to do it (if model is so equipped).

Excellent freezer for a reasonable price. Replaces an old and probably far less efficient freezer that died.

It’s big enough to hold a whole cow. We ordered meat & wanted an upright. I don’t have to dig to find what I’m looking for. You can keep your freezer goods organized well with all this space.

Freezer arrived as advertised. The only thing is it's somewhat noisy but seems to work fine.

This was the only freezer for sale in my area of NY when I purchased it this summer. I would go with a different option if I had a choice. I especially wanted WiFi to tell me if something was wrong with the freezer, which this does not have. I have had this freezer left open two times and almost ruined everything. My older cheaper freezer beeped but this does nothing. Will have to lock it all the time. The door just does not suck shut like other fridges or freezers I have owned. Great space inside. On the door the compartments are so narrow that you can not fit many things at all. It would be nice to have an easier reset process.

This freezer has many different shelf adjustments, door bins, an alarm if the temperature drops, and a spectacular inside light. Have no problem seeing everything that is inside. And is very quiet.

We love it! So much room inside. I love that it has a lock with a key to make sure no small children can get inside and that helps with making sure you didn't leave it open by mistake.

Freezer is a very good product from best buy. It's an awesome unit we bought it just time. My old unit had just started acting up. One day everything in it was defrosted and had to throw everything in it away, that's too much money to be putting up with it, so it had to go

This is a great freezer to eliminate having multiple trips to the grocery store. The purchasing process on line was simple and efficient, the doorway delivery was fine. The delivery was on time and the guys were friendly and efficient.

Really awesome size. Didnt come with a door handle. I contacted customer service and they couldnt send a door handle so they gave me a deduction to pay for a door handle i managed to find from Sears.

I’ve only had this freezer for a month but it is really nice! It is the perfect size for me. It’s has a ton of storage! The shelves on the door are much bigger than other models. So far I’m very pleased with my purchase!

We replaced a Frigidare freezer with this freezer. It is very roomy and fits the space. There are wheels on the bottom that can be locked after putting into the space; a great feature. I also installed an ice maker which is an awesome feature.

Absolutely a plug and play kind of appliance. It was meant to provide added space for extra “stock” of new stuff and pre-made meals. So far it’s worked flawlessly. Then again, Whirlpool has NEVER failed me as a brand.
