This freezer meets all my requirements and then some. There’s tons of room for everything and extra left over. We are very pleased with this purchase.

We spent quite some time trying to decide between a chest freezer and an upright, but finally decided on this one. We’re glad we did. It’s very easy to keep organized.

Time will tell only had short time more shelves and baskets easier to organize foods. My last freezer only lasted 4 yrs so I’m hoping this whirlpool will last much longer.

We had difficulty getting everything set up. The deliverymen spoke very little English, but one of them said, "hold 5 seconds," and pointed to a spot on the control panel. I tried to set the freezer on the coldest setting so I could get my frozen food back in a freezer, but when I touched that spot, the freezer turned off. My husband & I kept trying different things in the instruction manual, but nothing worked. I called Best Buy, but the person who was helping me just read the same thing that was in the manual that I had. Finally we unplugged the freezer & waited about 30 minutes; when we plugged it back in, it worked. I had asked for the delivery men to return with our old freezer, but apparently our delivery was their last for the day and they had checked out by the time they hit the top of our street. We didn't get our old freezer back or any other help from Best Buy. The freezer itself is fine, although smaller than it appeared in the measurements. The interior isn't designed to maximize the available space.

The freezer runs nice and quiet. Just wished there was a light on the outside of the freezer to let you know that the power is on.

Large capacity and easy to see what's in it compared to a chest freezer. Delivery and haul away service was easy and they arrived on time.

This freezer is a quality piece! I shopped around and found the best deal at Best Buy. It holds plenty of food and works very well for my family! A recommended buy in my opinion!

Service was outstanding! First the help we received in the store was great. The delivery team, Eric and Mike, were outstanding! Polite, fast and careful of our home and possessions. The removal of our old chest style freezer from a difficult location in our home was accomplished competently, cheerfully and safely. Sorry. There is simply no room for improvement here!!

We bought this freezer as an addition to what we have. It has plenty of room and can be organized very well utilizing the door storage units.

I purchase a half of a cow every year. The freezer was at my home before the beef was processed. Once I got the beef home I was surprised how much room I still had for our chicken and lamb and pork.
