The delivery team, Eric and Mike, were outstanding! Polite, fast and careful of our home and possessions. The removal of our old chest style freezer from a difficult location in our home was accomplished competently, cheerfully and safely. Sorry. There is simply no room for improvement here!!

Upright freezer

I called Best Buy support & they took care of the issue by replacing the freezer. They delivered the new and removed the broken one at no cost to me. The new one works perfectly!
