We have a large family and needed an extra freezer inside the home. We had a small in our utility room. It was a perfect and is good looking.

I purchase a half of a cow every year. The freezer was at my home before the beef was processed. Once I got the beef home I was surprised how much room I still had for our chicken and lamb and pork.

We needed an upright freezer to store our Vermont garden's bountiful harvest - this fits the bill perfectly. Quiet, efficient, well designed, no complaints.

I am very happy with the performance of this freezer. I like all the attachments on the door too. I recommend this product to the world.

Love our new freezer. It holds more than our chest freezer and we don’t have to stand on our head and unload half the freezer to locate what we want for dinner.

We had difficulty getting everything set up. The deliverymen spoke very little English, but one of them said, "hold 5 seconds," and pointed to a spot on the control panel. I tried to set the freezer on the coldest setting so I could get my frozen food back in a freezer, but when I touched that spot, the freezer turned off. My husband & I kept trying different things in the instruction manual, but nothing worked. I called Best Buy, but the person who was helping me just read the same thing that was in the manual that I had. Finally we unplugged the freezer & waited about 30 minutes; when we plugged it back in, it worked. I had asked for the delivery men to return with our old freezer, but apparently our delivery was their last for the day and they had checked out by the time they hit the top of our street. We didn't get our old freezer back or any other help from Best Buy. The freezer itself is fine, although smaller than it appeared in the measurements. The interior isn't designed to maximize the available space.

The first freezer I received had a problem. It was replaced and the second on is working wonderfully well. I have used Whirlpool appliances for many years and was surprised with the problem with the first one received. But then I remembered that this is the first time I have ever had any problem with one of them. So I requested a replacement. I am happy with it.

Refrigerator arrived on time in great condition. Delivery was smooth. It seems to be great so far. Would recommend.

Wouldn’t do anything but an upright frost free freezer! Attractive, solid design. Lots of room. Love it- very happy with our purchase.

This freezer works fantastic with a lot of storage room. Door shelves are adjustable for different needs. I would highly recommend this freezer.

This freezer is slightly bigger than our previous one -- which died after 8 years. i like the compartments and storage layout.

I just love my new freezer. I love the ability to stock my items and know what i have versus putting them in and having to DIG to see what's left.

Great Freezer! It has lot's of space and is staying at the correct temperature.

I bought mine used from a Best Buy Outlet store and it initially worked great for about 9 months. It has been used as a basement freezer during that time. The “freezer” component has stopped working recently and as a result, all the food inside went bad overnight. Will be replacing a fuse in hopes that it will start again, but I would recommend caution with open box sales.
