This freezer replaced mine that broke. It’s a nice size and it’s easy to use. No complaints.

Due to the pandemic, we waited forever to be able to purchase an upright freezer, and because of the pandemic, we had to purchase online sight unseen. I like the layout of the freezer and read the reviews, which are overall great, before purchasing it. We have only had it for about a week and have had problems with it getting frost and ice in the top of it since we turned it on. Tried many things and even rearranging food in it. However, after getting a stool and looking at the top of the door, the gasket doesn't seal right which is causing our problem. Whirlpool will send someone out to fix it and may or may not charge us depending on if they deem it a warranty problem. I told them no way will I be paying for service on an item that hasn't worked right from the start. I'm sure it is covered by warranty, but for an item that cost this much, I think I will just return it and buy a different upright freezer when I am able to find one. I don't want to start with a problem like that from the beginning. Too bad, because I did like the looks and function of it otherwise.

this freezer is quite spacious and easy to understand/set the controls. i would recommend this freezer for purchase.

The 19.6 Whirlpool Freezer got cold very quickly. The adjustable shelves are a bonus compared to other brands.
