Did not realize it was a counter-depth freezer until it was delivered, but it is perfect -- things won't "get lost" in the back, there are plenty of shelves, and the door arrangement is great. And it meets the most important of all criteria -- it is made in America. (Refuse to buy anything from China, and make every attempt at buying only American-made products.)
