The repairman came out and said that it was a control board which he did not have in stock. We have been down for a month now and no ETA on the part. Lost hundreds of dollars in food. We called Best Buy to see if they would help or intervene and they just referred back to the manufacturer. Very sad I've spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years with Best Buy and they couldn't even be bothered. Terrible product and terrible service from both Best Buy and Whirlpool. Highly do not recommend!

Only 6 weeks in and it couldn't get colder than 38 degrees. I knew that if it went out that early, it had the high potential to be a lemon. I didn't want to risk losing more food, so we inquired about returning it. Thankfully, we were able to.
