    It is a little noisy but I have it in the garage so it doesn't really bother me at all. The configuration of the shelves in the door as well as the main body of the unit make finding food in the freezer very easy! The seal around the door is really strong. Having a lockable door is a huge plus. My kids are happy that they can have more then 1 type of ice cream! 4.5 stars

    Had to replace our 30+ yr old freezer but had to order one as no one carries standups in stock. No problem. But we did not get it as promised due to delivery person not getting there when promised. When we finally were able to talk to him, said it would be much later than promised the day we spent waiting. Rescheduled and finally got it. Product is good so far.

    So far so good. Thid is our second freezer of this model. The first went out in just 8 months and was not repairable. This is a replacement. We love the inside layout and options for shelf and door pocket adjustablity. Watch contracted delivery people. They did damage to my house. Best Buy did take care of damage.
