Even with the lock engaged if an item inside pushes on the door it will partially open causing frosting, thawing of items and increased operating cost. Contacted Whirlpool 4 days ago and have not received a response.

Hopefully they will return when everyone is back to a new normal and get the old freezer like they claim.

It has a light in it so you can see what you’re looking for. It has a lock. It has a flash freeze option. It is a freezer that keeps food frozen. It does what it's supposed to do. I dropped it down a star just because its rather loud.

When I had a service guy come, he told me to definitely get a new one but I didn’t call BestBuy back in the 60 day period because my daughter was getting married and now they won’t return it! I will never shop at BestBuy again. Horrible customer service!!!

Great Product...not so great delivery date

The item kept getting postponed and we even received a phone call within the delivery time stating it was going to be another 2 weeks. Delays happen, but communication was not good. Especially waiting to contact us on the day of, inside the delivery window.
