Only 6 weeks in and it couldn't get colder than 38 degrees. I knew that if it went out that early, it had the high potential to be a lemon. I didn't want to risk losing more food, so we inquired about returning it. Thankfully, we were able to.

The configuration of the shelves in the door as well as the main body of the unit make finding food in the freezer very easy! The seal around the door is really strong. Having a lockable door is a huge plus. My kids are happy that they can have more then 1 type of ice cream! 4.5 stars
