Hopefully they will return when everyone is back to a new normal and get the old freezer like they claim.

It has a light in it so you can see what you’re looking for. It has a lock. It has a flash freeze option. It is a freezer that keeps food frozen. It does what it's supposed to do. I dropped it down a star just because its rather loud.

The item kept getting postponed and we even received a phone call within the delivery time stating it was going to be another 2 weeks. Delays happen, but communication was not good. Especially waiting to contact us on the day of, inside the delivery window.

Even with the lock engaged if an item inside pushes on the door it will partially open causing frosting, thawing of items and increased operating cost. Contacted Whirlpool 4 days ago and have not received a response.

So large and keeps the temp at 0 degrees even in our Florida garage! The only disappointment is that this one opens on the left side and we wanted it to open on the right and the hinges cannot be switched. But we rearranged our garage a little different and made it work.

Overall vary happy with my purchase.
