Great Product...not so great delivery date

The item kept getting postponed and we even received a phone call within the delivery time stating it was going to be another 2 weeks. Delays happen, but communication was not good. Especially waiting to contact us on the day of, inside the delivery window.

It has a light in it so you can see what you’re looking for. It has a lock. It has a flash freeze option. It is a freezer that keeps food frozen. It does what it's supposed to do. I dropped it down a star just because its rather loud.

Whirlpool Freezer-cooling motor burned out 3 days

No problem with the product. Very happy with your staff. Always able to find someone to help and they know their products unlike most other stores I have shopped at recently

Easy set up and freezes items rock hard.

Overall vary happy with my purchase.

Love our new Freezer!

So large and keeps the temp at 0 degrees even in our Florida garage! The only disappointment is that this one opens on the left side and we wanted it to open on the right and the hinges cannot be switched. But we rearranged our garage a little different and made it work.

It's noisy.

We had been out of town and came home to a bloody mess. We had to drive 90 miles one way to get an appliance. There were not too many in stock but we liked this one. We got it home and transferred any food that was salvageable. We have found it a lot noisier than our old one.

Enjoying finally filling it with meal deals!! Only downfall is that the door has to be completley 180* open in order for the drawers to pull open fully.
