The door doesnt stay tightly closed and it stopped freezing 3 days ago.

Love having an upright freezer after having years of dealing with a chest freezer.so convenient.

Amazing freezer. It only has some problems to close when it is too full. However everything can be fixed with the manual key. We have it since 2019. Any problems this far.

I love all aspects of this freezer. It makes me happy to have to go retrieve something from it. It is wonderful!

Great freezer. Door seals tight automatically each time you close it back. Keep it in the garage and has worked perfectly.

It works great and it was in stock. I wasn't ready for it so I made an appointment to have it delivered. It arrived on time. The delivery person was very polite and very helpful.

Died after six months. The repairman came out and said that it was a control board which he did not have in stock. We have been down for a month now and no ETA on the part. Lost hundreds of dollars in food. We called Best Buy to see if they would help or intervene and they just referred back to the manufacturer. Very sad I've spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years with Best Buy and they couldn't even be bothered. Terrible product and terrible service from both Best Buy and Whirlpool. Highly do not recommend!

Love this freezer--pull out drawers and organizational space is ideal. Was getting hard to find a freezer during pandemic and was so glad that Best Buy had one ad was bale to deliver.

I purchased this an an extra freezer for my basement. I am very pleased with it, no issues to report.

Lots of room and most importantly it's practicle room. Lots of adjustability with shelves etc. Runs quiet and the door locks!

Works great. Easy, fast installation. Delivery was on time and communications about delivery time were perfect. Love the freezer. It cooled down fast, doesn't have a lot of fancy features. Has proven to be very reliable so far.

Door seal is not strong enough. Even with the lock engaged if an item inside pushes on the door it will partially open causing frosting, thawing of items and increased operating cost. Contacted Whirlpool 4 days ago and have not received a response.

Great freezer design with plenty of space. Automatic alarm system alerts you to power loss or other issues. Storage areas in inside door are adjustable. Very sturdy shelves. Great sale price at Best Buy!

When you don't notice it, that means it's working well. I don't notice it! Runs like a good umpire... in the background and does a good job.

Overall everything was great, but was asked if I wanted the refrigerator unpacked. I did agree with them to unpack and remove packing trash. That did not happen. Next thing I knew they were gone!
