With delivery delays h as happening all over. Best Buys delivered mu freezer in 2 days You have earned my business

We needed a replacement for our freezer in the shed. The price was right, the delivery guys were awesome. We feel this was a great purchase.

It could have a better arrangement on the door and bottom basket. I guess I was spoiled with my old freezer having a large bin at the bottom of the door.

Spacious and enough shelving for easy organization of food in different sized containers. Door shelves are a great way to add additional space

Absolutely love my freezer! Its a great way to store extra food, meat etc. It doesn't take up alot of space but very spacious.

Smaller then I thought but because of covid , and a fire taking mine this was the first one that was available, and I had to get what I could.

Installation and delivery was perfect. Had trouble the second day getting the temperature to stabilize, but once it stabilized have had no issues since.

I am very pleased with this upright freezer. No frills, just a solid and practical freezer. Easy to access items due to vertical accessibility.

Due to Covid 19, most stores have been sold out and orders are back logged, not so with Best Buy!

I didn't realize it was bigger than my old one but if fit perfectly in the garage. Love that I have more room and bins to store food. The geek squad who delivered were great.

This was a great buy! The fridge provided lots of freezer space to store bulb shopping. We order this Monday and it was delivered Tuesday at 8:00 am, this made my day.

So happy I got this... no digging thru drawers, easy to see everything at a glance, great for sale item stock ups and pre-cooked home made meals!!

I love my new freezer I had lots of space but Ee had it to close to the wall so there was condensation moved it out some and no more problems

Dealing with the store was awesome, I always drive 15 mins away vs deal with the store up the road from me. Management as well as the staff always help and are good to deal with. The delivery thing we had one set up on a Sat I was given a time when to expect them. Now saying this I work 70 to 100 hours a week. I am a first responder so me taking the day off to assist with this process is something i had to do. After getting up at 0700 because my time slot was first thing and no one showing up made for a rough day. We had to call and find out what the problem was this was at 1330. The lady on the phone stated we were not on the route for that day. No show no call I lost out on money for that day due to staying home for the crew. We rescheduled for the following weekend, then three hours later an e mail says cannot do this you must call us to discuss the problem. After the second call by the way we were disconnected three separate times , meaning we had to jump through the hoops three separate times they blamed the store. I went to the store and indeed the mistake was not with the store it was with scheduling. Our dryer was not working this is why we bought a new set it took three weeks and alot of shifting of schedules to get things taken care of. The crew who brought us our items were great they did an amazing job no comp[plaints there either. I understand things happen however a phone call would have helped the situation. I am not sure we will but anything big like this again through you folks lack of organization and the blame game is not how things should be.

Freezer didn’t take too long for initial freeze. And it lets you know if the temperature has adjusted too far out of the freezing range.

It’s new and haven’t had very long. It’s hard to rate.
