I like everything about it. The only thing that could have been better was to have the shelves easier to get out and put in the correct place.

Spacious and enough shelving for easy organization of food in different sized containers. Door shelves are a great way to add additional space

I love my new freezer I had lots of space but Ee had it to close to the wall so there was condensation moved it out some and no more problems

looks like a high quality manufactured product. It runs very quietly . very good storage area holds a lot of products.

Freezer didn’t take too long for initial freeze. And it lets you know if the temperature has adjusted too far out of the freezing range.

Nice freezer, works great. The ice maker option is an awesome feature.

Very happy with this freezer. The storage capacity is great and once the door closes you can hear the seal operate on the door.

Dealing with the store was awesome, I always drive 15 mins away vs deal with the store up the road from me. Management as well as the staff always help and are good to deal with. The delivery thing we had one set up on a Sat I was given a time when to expect them. Now saying this I work 70 to 100 hours a week. I am a first responder so me taking the day off to assist with this process is something i had to do. After getting up at 0700 because my time slot was first thing and no one showing up made for a rough day. We had to call and find out what the problem was this was at 1330. The lady on the phone stated we were not on the route for that day. No show no call I lost out on money for that day due to staying home for the crew. We rescheduled for the following weekend, then three hours later an e mail says cannot do this you must call us to discuss the problem. After the second call by the way we were disconnected three separate times , meaning we had to jump through the hoops three separate times they blamed the store. I went to the store and indeed the mistake was not with the store it was with scheduling. Our dryer was not working this is why we bought a new set it took three weeks and alot of shifting of schedules to get things taken care of. The crew who brought us our items were great they did an amazing job no comp[plaints there either. I understand things happen however a phone call would have helped the situation. I am not sure we will but anything big like this again through you folks lack of organization and the blame game is not how things should be.

During the early stages of Covid I needed a freezer, most stores were out buy Best Buy had this one on sale!

Perfect size. We were looking for a smaller one but the deal on this one was too good to pass up. Glad we didn’t get a smaller one.

Got this to be kept outdoors. Love the built in lock. Not worried bout somebody unscrewing flip lock

We purchased this freezer when it was on sale, and it has been a great deal. I love how bright the light inside is, and it works perfectly. Very happy.

The freezer was exactly what I ordered. Was delivered on the correct day. Glad I purchased it from Best Buy.

For the first month it worked fine, but was quite noisy. I didn't mind that, being that is in the basement, but I wouldn't ever put it in a normal living area. Now that we've had it just over a month, the door has started popping open continuously. Had I not caught it and taped it shut, we'd have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. Without a functioning door, this isn't a freezer, it's an inefficient air conditioner. For $800+, this shouldn't be happening, especially not after only a month. It also doesn't seem to have arrived with the key to lock the door, so that's not even an option. So jury-rigging it with tape it is for now. If there were other options available during the pandemic, I'd be sending this back.

Works great my wife likes it better then the old one she had to defrost manually.

My wife and i wanted a freezer for our garage. This one works great! And it is frost free!
