    I bought this freezer and was told I could replace because it looked like seal had been broken. When I had a service guy come, he told me to definitely get a new one but I didn’t call BestBuy back in the 60 day period because my daughter was getting married and now they won’t return it! I will never shop at BestBuy again. Horrible customer service!!!

    The installers left without leveling the freezer. I had to pay a handyman to finish the job. It was a bit complicated so maybe that's why they did a partial job.
