Bad quality

The door has a big gap on top. I can put my fingers inside the fridge when the door is closed and locked. Fridge was in the garage and didn’t pay attention until now. It has been running constantly due to the gap. No wonder my garage has been cool even though it’s hot outside

Do not buy

Bought it for a brand new home and 2 weeks after buying we found out that it stopped working leaving behind spoiled food and a nauseating smell. Best Buy was awesome and replaced it. Within 2 weeks I went downstairs for a pizza and found a full freezer starting to thaw. Luckily I called family for a spare freezer or hundreds of dollars were going to be lost. Best Buy is awesome again and is now bringing us a frigidaire to replace this whirlpool freezer. Hopefully third time will be a charm

Temperature issues

It is constantly triggering the above temperature alarm and thaws everything out.

Good freezer

Ruined freezer full of food

Very poor quality

It is not quiet at all and I have only had this for a few months and the seal around the door is falling off already! Do not buy not worth the money!

Terrible Product. Terrible Service.

Coordinated everything with the Best Buy store. It worked when they left and then everything thawed overnight. Waited on hold for 30 minutes to try to troubleshoot the issue. No dice. No one will talk to you to make sure the settings are even correct, etc. The only option is to schedule a return and exchange. Basically I’ll wait ANOTHER several weeks, spend a few more hours on the phone with reps, and take another day off work so they can haul away what could very well be a perfect freezer on the wrong settings. Huge waste of time and resources. Very disappointing that no one in the appliance department knows anything about the appliances they sell.

Can't believe the poor customer service

There is an alarm that goes off about every two minutes. I will need to place a service call and take a day off from work.

Doesn’t lock
