geek squad gentle men who delivered it were exceptional

I love the size of this freezer and the option of the freezer to fridge but the glass shelves are very weak and the door does not open easily.

Good deal, fast freeze option is great. Great freezer space

Bought this last April, didn’t check the top of fridge until now . The door has a big gap on top. I can put my fingers inside the fridge when the door is closed and locked. Fridge was in the garage and didn’t pay attention until now. It has been running constantly due to the gap. No wonder my garage has been cool even though it’s hot outside

I'v owned this for several months. Very nice, great storage.

We plugged it in and it got cold. No problems yet.

This freezer was a disaster for us. Bought it for a brand new home and 2 weeks after buying we found out that it stopped working leaving behind spoiled food and a nauseating smell. Best Buy was awesome and replaced it. Within 2 weeks I went downstairs for a pizza and found a full freezer starting to thaw. Luckily I called family for a spare freezer or hundreds of dollars were going to be lost. Best Buy is awesome again and is now bringing us a frigidaire to replace this whirlpool freezer. Hopefully third time will be a charm

For the things we store an extra shelf would be better than a second basket.

Shorter and wider than older freezer, same cu ft..

Purchased this on 2/2/2020, it started out doing a great job but have had nothing but temperature issues since about month 4. It is constantly triggering the above temperature alarm and thaws everything out.

Good freezer. Has 2 drawers and a lock. Great purchase.

Garbage. Bought it middle of April, middle of August it was at 75 degrees ruining a freezer full of food. The side felt like an oven.

The quality of the freezer is poor. It is not quiet at all and I have only had this for a few months and the seal around the door is falling off already! Do not buy not worth the money!

Waited 3 weeks to have the geek squad install this freezer. Coordinated everything with the Best Buy store. It worked when they left and then everything thawed overnight. Waited on hold for 30 minutes to try to troubleshoot the issue. No dice. No one will talk to you to make sure the settings are even correct, etc. The only option is to schedule a return and exchange. Basically I’ll wait ANOTHER several weeks, spend a few more hours on the phone with reps, and take another day off work so they can haul away what could very well be a perfect freezer on the wrong settings. Huge waste of time and resources. Very disappointing that no one in the appliance department knows anything about the appliances they sell.

Freezer was missing one set screw for the handle and after multiple emails, Whirlpool can't get one for me. There is an alarm that goes off about every two minutes. I will need to place a service call and take a day off from work.

Freezer is great and works just fine however the locking mechanisms does not work. It is not lined up, not even close to it.
