    I had to call to get another one after 2 weeks I almost lost all my frozen meat and the second one is starting to act up

    Nice Freezer

    I've only had it for a few weeks, but I like it so far. Stays cold and it's not as deep as some freezers so it fits the spot I have for it.

    This is one of the worst products whirlpool made. I have this one since February, it’s said no ice but building ice, the whirlpool tech is keep coming to fix it with different resolutions but nothing but failure, now whirlpool engineers involve to find problems. Do not buy.....

    We are a little more than a month shy of having this item for 1 year and it gave out while we were away on vacation. Thousands of dollars of meat. Ruined! Ugh! What a mess! Do not buy this model.

    We had a coffin freezer, and could never find things in it. This freezer allows you to see all the contents, and keeps everything very cold!

    This freezer turned on but never got cold. We returned it the next day. Best Buys was helpful with the return. I did buy a very similar freezer with the same model number at another store and it works great.

    We purchased this one 3 months ago. It says it's frost-free, but I see several spots of frost after 3 months. And today, it stopped working and all the ice creams are melt and I had to move all the meats to another freezer.

    I love my new freezer. Our old was not frost free and it was too much work. Our sales person was so helpful and patient. It was a r=process to get a best buy card because I have one for my business, but we worked through it and plan to use it often. It took us 2 visits to make up our minds, but we were so happy with the service we bought a portable air conditioner.

    It doesn't freeze. I have had to have a Whirlpool repair man come out 2 times and a 3rd visit scheduled. There was no freon in it.

    Damaged and Broken Down

    On the initial delivery day after ordering, the freezer arrived damaged. We received the 2nd freezer about a week later. Now, a month after having the 2nd freezer, it has broken down. All my food has been ruined!

    Purchased in April 2018 and noticed yesterday it no longer cools! Stinks because we had probably 250-300 of meat and other items. Don’t buy unless you want to replace often!!!

    Had a chest freezer for years which wasn’t frost free but the upright freezer just purchased is frost free. Really going to enjoy this feature!
