Controls are simple to use and the heating for us even. Unit is a lot quieter then expected

This Whirlpool microwave replaced a Roper microwave made by whirlpool that was 20 years old. I hope I get as much use out of this new model. There are more bells and whistles. The model had a great review from Consumer Reports.

This works great, heats food evenly and fan is better than our old one I would recommend!

Exceeded expectations; only issue was the hanging bracket. Like every other suspended microwave they all use the same bracket, but slightly different to make sure you have to reinstall a new one rather than reuse the old. Safty issue maybe but for sure a PITA

This Microwave is more powerful than our older one, so we're being careful about heating and cooking. Will take some time to try all the different options, but it is quiet running and I love the lighter grey interior

So far (installed less than two weeks) he microwave works great. The sensor function seems to be right on target as do the presets.The fan works well, and the stainless and blue electronic messages all match the other appliances in our kitchen, even though each is a different brand. All, including this Whirlpool, were top ranked by consumer reports in their categories or price/feature range. No regrets.

Nice microwave simple to use and tons of room. No fingerprints

We were challenged to get a new microwave and were nervous about features, cost, etc. We settled on this one but once we got it in and going we were very pleased. It seems to do a very good job with all our normal things we heat up. It has a few corks, but nothing a person can't get used to.

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for my current Whirlpool microwave. It was pretty easy to swap out the old and replace with the new since both machines were Whirlpool. The microwave itself does a good job of heating up quickly and has several easy touch buttons for a quick start. The beep when the items are heated is also very cute (a little song) instead of an annoying beep. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

This is a great product. It is very easy to install. Very quiet and plays nice music when done.

My oldest one just quit heating so I bought this one and installed it. Work really good and it is very quite about half of the sound and blower motor seems to be very powerful. I am very happy the way it’s working. I investigate before buying any product this was not even the big size but does everything I want in the microwave. Five stars.

I went to Best Buy to buy a built-in microwave. Found what I wanted, Great looking appliance, easy to use and works terrific. Glad I went to Best Buy. Very affordable and looks great in my kitchen.

We replaced a 10 year old microwave because the humidity sensor died, and it was getting old. We like this model for its for its basic features, but the light in the hood is very dim and does not cover (at all) the cooking surface below. So now I have another item on my honey-do list. Cant complain too much since it was on sale for a good price. So... if you want this to be a good light source for the stove's cook top..... its not. I would have given 5 stars if you could see under it.

We've only had it for a few weeks, but so far we are vary happy with it. Its even quieter than previous microwaves we've had. Took a minute to adjust to the "play" button instead of a "START" and there was slight burning smell the first time we used it, but that hasn't happened since. My only complaint is the installation templates they provide are impossible to use since they don't print to the edge of the paper.

Love this microwave. It is easy to use. Looks great in my kitchen.
