Its even quieter than previous microwaves we've had. Took a minute to adjust to the "play" button instead of a "START" and there was slight burning smell the first time we used it, but that hasn't happened since. My only complaint is the installation templates they provide are impossible to use since they don't print to the edge of the paper.

This was a replacement purchase and the install connections fit the very old microwave we replaced, so that was great. It has updated features, very nice.

Everything seems to work well. The only improvement would be to have a brighter light for the stove.

The instructions (which are sketchy) state that the microwave is supposed to have 2 different sounds each of which you can turn on or off; on ours, we only have no sound or the functioning sound, that sounds like a circus every time it completes a function. This is slightly annoying but manageable. Overall, the microwave looks great, it is big but performs well.

It took me a little while to figure out all the functions and the start button was an arrow and the stop button is an X. (I purchased this as an open box buy and it did not have a manual.) The light that shines down on the stove is a little dim and would like it brighter. The fan has multiple speeds, not just the two or three you typically get. I still have not used all the functions but overall, would purchase this again and recommend.

Fingerprint free is amazing!

The best feature is the fingerprint free stainless steel!! It is amazing. If you love the look of stainless but not the work this is the way to go. Completely worth the slight extra you will pay for it. The only thing I don't like is that it does not seem to have a pause button. It is the only microwave I have ever used that doesn't have one. Maybe I will get over it but right now I really miss it.

More fan speeds

The fan is more quiet than my previous microwave so I am happy with it. It was easy to install. I was able to use my old holes and bracket so it was really fast to replace. I don't use the rack inside the microwave but it seems to be a cool feature to have.

It's larger than my previous microwave, so it sticks out a little farther from the cabinetry. But it looks nice and the door opens easily and smoothly. It has a nice sounding beep, although it's a little quiet. (I haven't looked up how to increase the volume.)

Great OTR Replacement

Things take a little longer, like heating coffee for 2'1/2 minutes vs just 2. But inside is light gray and easy to keep clean.Sensor cooking works great. One irritating thing is that you cannot put something in the oven and walk away without starting it, like at dinner prep. It requires you to open the door before it will let you start power and timer - annoying, but learning to keep the door open until everything is ready to go. OTR fan is great@
