Nice looking microwave, heats up food nicely, light could be brighter, fan could be quieter, but overall I’m satisfied with this microwave. Matches my stove! Got rid of and older model stove and microwave.

About a month into using it and so far all works as described. Replaced a 8 year old Kitchenaid Microwave that dies the day after the extended warranty expired.

We choose this model because of high ratings from a national magazine. We always make our large dollar purchases based on ratings from this magazine. This unit is easy to use and offers many cooking options.

I love this thing. Nice vent, spacious, and just beautiful with my other Whirpool appliances I have bought from BestBuy.

Not difficult to install (I did it by myself) Big capacity and high power Great exhaust/ blower Makes more noise than expected (when exhaust is on) but not a deal breaker Bought this to replace non working fan/hood It was an open item therefore some minor scratches and bends... Overall good quality... if it wasn’t for the noise will give the 5 stars

Nice looking, reliable microwave but a missing feature and apparent sensor issues are concerning. This microwave replaced a budget model that set the bar. First, my complaints. This model is missing a quick start feature that is preset for 1, 2, 3 minutes or more. If I want to cook for a minute I have to enter "1-0-0" into the keypad then press start. The interior light is relatively dim. The sensor feature doesn’t appear to work on this unit because it never seems to end the program and winds up overheating. It is a well-known brand and is highly rated by a consumer advocacy organization. It also looks good.

Nice product with good features! Works perfectly. My family and have always wanted a microwave this detailed and safe.

The men who installed the microwave were very professional. They completed the installation and explained the various features of the microwave. Very happy with the microwave. Just one issue - there is a scratch on the top - I did not notice it until a day or two later. Is there a way to repair it? Thank you for your help!

This microwave is quiet and seems to work well for the few times I have used it to heat up leftovers. I am extremely disappointed in the stove top light. I went from a hood with 2 halogen lights with 2 settings to a tiny incandescent bulb that is located way in the back. There are 2 settings as well and the night light setting may as well not exist as the higher setting is easily as light as a night light and not much more!!!! The stove top is barely lit. I now have to turn on the ceiling lights to cook and I hate ceiling lights!! I usually don’t complain this much but I am getting older and it is much harder to see in dim light!

Easy installation and easy to operate. Added stainless steel extension panels to fit my 36 inch space.

Sometimes when we have power loss, the main LCD screen turns off and doesn't come back on for a while... then all of a sudden it comes back on. Everything still works, you can still microwave and input things on the touchpad... just the LCD display is out until it decides to come back on. Other than that, which only happens periodically, it's been a great microwave so far.

We really like the new microwave. Much nicer than the Samsung it replaced which door latch broke and cost $200 to replace the door. Although this microwave is at the high end of the cost spectrum it does have some very nice features like the reheat menus and sensor cooking. It was average difficulty to install so if you not good with tools I would not try it by yourself.

One of the best product I have purchase so far. I was looking for a microwave for a while and could not decide on one; finally I saw this and decided this is the one. I have no regrets so far, love it; bought it at the right time for a great price.

It is bigger than anticipated but dimensions match the description. Easy to use and clean.

Good microwave. My wife was hoping it's door would open and close more gently like some other whirlpool models do but alas, this one is firmer like most other microwave doors. Small thing.

Really nice microwave. It is larger than I wanted due to built in space constraints which required slight modifications, but the features and quality of the unit are very good and actually better than we expected.

Cooks well. Looks great! The 4 speed exhaust dan works well but is loud on the 2 highest speeds.. That is to be expected. Accurately thaws meat. Overall, Very happy with the unit. Was worth every penny to have it installed versus trying to do it myself.
