We just had it installed last week and have used it a few times, but so far it works well and meets our expectations!

The microwave is super user friendly. It looks really nice in the kitchen and has a huge interior.

It took us awhile to get used to the display operations. The time and operation buttons have to be pressed much harder to register than on our old microwave.

We love our new microwave does everything we have expected. Love the large size, and the no fingerprint door.

We bought the larger microwave with the cleaning it is easy especially the surface of upgrading to the better whirlpool

This microwave is so quiet! I love it! It has all the buttons that I need, & it was so easy to install.

Everything works as it is advertised to. It is very similar to one we already had that was damaged in an accidental fire. It was 7 years old. The only thing we has to figure our was "enter" control and once we realized the " > " symbol was it, all good.

This is my third over the range microwave. I found that this one is the best, quiet and very easy to use. Nice looking, too.

Heats evenly and is plenty large inside. It's a little larger outside so you have to know your measurements.

This microwave received the highest rating from Consumer Reports, based on evenness of heating and defrosting. It's working well, as expected. The purchase process was easy, including an adjustment to the price when the sale price was lowered shortly after purchase. One minor observation is that the door closes with a "hollow" tinny sound. I miss one feature from my previous microwave that allowed +/- 10 second adjustments to cooking time on the fly.

Fits perfectly in the old spot of our previous microwave. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and even has more cooking functions than our older unit. Took a little while getting used to the grey color, but in the end it shows less stains than the standard white interior

You expect quality with LG and that is what I got with my LG microwave. I like all of the features and I like the way it looks.

Has all features working as advertised. Lighting that others complain about is fine. Excellent space inside, easy to clean.

It is a very nice microwave but the instructions are poor. The Geek squad left me without instructions as to how it works. The instructions that came with it are poor. I changed the order to a microwave without a convection oven and when I requested a copy of the chat it was never sent to me. My billing turned out o.k. but originally I was sent a thing that said there were $o.oo credit for the microwave I returned. Also I was never told that when you return something the gift card must be returned too. I did return the card but I was not given that information. I am still trying to deal with the instructions.
