MUCH easier and faster to use. Wire rack shelf is very handy. Much quieter than previous unit. I replaced the dim incandescent light with an LED. Much improved lighting.

I don't particularly like the sensing mode because it over Cooks food. I had a sweet potato that it should have sensed done and continued to cook it until it was burnt and smoking. If I use the sensing buttons I need to stand there and take it out when I think it's done and check it

It's nice looking and much quieter than our last microwave. It also has a lot of different cook settings. So far they work well.
