Too advanced?

It has so many options, that we have spent cumulative hours staring at what it was trying to do. For the longest time, it will be 'sensing' the dinner plate placed for re-heating. or popcorn. There are numerous other goodies that we have yet to explore. However, I am glad that we still do the basic reheat as with older microwave.

Terrific Purchase

The microwave does everything we wanted and is quiet, fast and easy to use. We have had it now about 3 weeks and are delighted. The screen was easy to set on clock, and notifications. The cook functions are pretty easy to use too. But the 30 second function is my go too function for warming, defrosting or slightly cooking most of my items. Just love it and we installed ourselves and it was not that heavy for me and my wife to lift.

Loving my new microwave

My husband is amazed at the way he can automatically reheat food with the reheat function. The sensors are super. I have bragged to several of my friends already about my microwave!

Geek Squad rep said he had never heard that sound before and diagnosed it as a faulty magnetron. Best Buy replaced with a new unit which does not make that sound and so far works great. All this in a two week period.
