So far this is all showing to be true. The exhaust fan is the strongest I've experienced, the special buttons work great (defrost, popcorn, etc.) and I haven't had any functional issues. We love it.

Great microwave, minor repair

This model was easy to install, and looked great with the hidden vent on top. Easy to use, with extra large turntable. After 4 months of ownership the door latching mechanism broke. We called Best Buy for help, and they instructed us to contact Whirlpool warranty. A technician came out and had to order a small plastic part, then it was fixed. Took 3 weeks. Still working without issue. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have express cook buttons like our prior model, just the +30 second function.

It is a lower wattage than my last one, but does a fine job cooking frozen dinners and heating leftovers. There is a reminder beep for when the heated food is left in the microwave. Fan on the unit can get loud at high speed. I would like to have the option of changing the completion notification sound. This would be a "nice to have" option.
