Seems to be great so far. Replaced an almost identical whirlpool microwave that was only 5 years old because the door sensor would frequently say we hadn’t opened the door and needed to open the door before we could start the microwave.

We’ve had this microwave a while now. It is operating as it should. This was a replacement for a similar unit that lasted about 7 years. Hope this lasts that long too.

The microwave was just installed yesterday. So far, so good. It is bigger inside than our previous one. I still need to learn all the features as they are somewhat different from our old one. We had really good luck with the previous Whirlpool and are expecting the same with the new one. The installation from the Geek Squad was seamless! The installer wore a mask and put slippers over his shoes when he came in which I really appreciated. He cleaned everything up after he finished, showed me a couple of instructions along with the owner’s manual. Great experience!

This microwave works very well. It has a ventilator at the bottom that is very convenient. I definitely recommend.

Our 11 year old microwave was slowly breaking down so it needed replacing. We picked the same brand which had a number of new features. We were pleased with our purchase and actual installation, however, the install date itself was moved back an extra week the day of install because it was broken and had to be re-ordered. Never realized how going without a microwave for almost three weeks really sucks.

We purchased this the weekend after Thanksgiving and we are very happy with our choice. It is very nice looking and works very well. Definitely an improvement over our previous microwave. Would definitely recommend given our experience to this point...time will tell how well it holds up of course.

Really needs a fan we could vent. Not just recirculate. Solidly built and really roomy. Probably more than I needed to heat up my coffee and defrost chicken though. Might have gone with something lower profile. LOVE THE FAN THOUGH. turns on automatically when heat hits a certain temp. Great when over the stove because if something starts boiling over the fan automatically Goes on.

Microwaves have changed since we purchased our last one. The reheat feature works very nicely, taking the guess work out of reheating. Plus other great features

So awesome. The larger interior and larger glass turntable are nice upgrades. I like the 30 second one-touch cooking. This unit is a Whirlpool and matches my other Whirlpool appliances. My old microwave, made by Maytag lasted 22 years.

Selected this unit over other whirlpool models because of the sensor features and bigger turntable. I highly suggest getting the upgraded version.

Great microwave with sensor cooking. Warms up food perfectly. The exhaust fan has an automatic on when it senses heat. pretty cool. the light has two settings. It has a shelf in the middle for two dish cooking and the option to stop the turntable for large casserole dishes.

I bought the product because of cost and it performs better than the more expensive ones.

Has all the features we need and use regularly. The inside is gray - wish it were white. For anything other than 30 seconds, you have to hit start unlike our GE which had automatic starts for the minute settings, an extra step. The ending bells can be annoying but can be eliminated through programming. We had to get used to the operating noise that is louder than our GE.

Our 15 year old Microvave finnally died. I thougt why do wee need to replace it? Well after 3 days without it I realized it is a Necessity. This Model was a Perfect fit from our old Maytag. after leaning all of its features We are extremely happy with our purchase.

I'm very happy with this Microwave. I did replace an older Whirlpool Microwave. This Microwave is more efficient that the previous one. We've reheated coffee using the same time and it did boil over. We have to adjust the timing of reheating items.

This microwave is easy to use and really good one.
