Solid microwave. We replaced a more expensive Whirlpool microwave that stopped working but this one is just as nice and fit the previous model's mounting hardware perfectly - was able to use the old bracket in place.

This is a great microwave and looks just as great. All the menus are on the touchscreen which makes it easy to pick which mode you want.

Excellent in every way, except that I wish its keypad was lighted. A minor gripe. EVERYTHING else is 1st class.

I've purchased the same model previously, it lasted about 6 years before it broke down. One of the main reasons I bought it again is because it was easier to replace with the same mounting bracket and configuration, but overall it's a good product and the newer version seems better quality overall.

Had the same microwave put in from the builder when they built the house 2 yrs ago and door switches already went out. Hoping this model has improvements and had to buy it because it was the only one that was a Whirlpool gold that match the rest of the appliances.

Working good. Twice made some noise. We don't know where it came from and it stopped within few second. Otherwise we love it, best price also. I will recommend this product to my friends.

The two deliverymen wore facial masks as they installed the microwave. They were very knowledgeable as to how to properly install it. I was very pleased with their work. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Big. Nice. And looks good. Has plenty of room inside. Nice light for the stove. Vent works good. Easy to use. Only problem was how long it took to get. Took almost 2 months.

Purchased the microwave in February 2018 and in less than two years it won't work. We kept getting the Open/Close door error message which would not allow you to start the machine (like other reviewers have stated). So clearly this is a reoccurring malfunction of this model machine. It literally worked one minute and then became completely unusable due to this door error. We tried all the troubleshooting suggestions from Whirlpool which included unplugging the unit to reset it. No luck. And after several times of trying this, now the screen is completely black (not even the clock shows). This is our first experience with a Whirlpool appliance and I am extremely disappointed.

In six months, the over the stove light went out. I'm trying to figure out how to replace it. Overwise, this machine is great.

My renter’s microwave died. I was able to quickly search for a comparable microwave and purchase online, all without leaving the house. It has been working great since installed over a year ago.

The unit is very functional, easy to use and has lots of features. Has two light settings, variable speed turntable, two exhaust fan speeds. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel is great!
