Zero complaints. Works great. Plenty of power lots of settings and spacious inside. Melt butter and soften butter setting works perfectly. Potato setting cooks them perfectly too.

6 months post purchase, it has held up with no issues.

Works well so far. I bought the extended warranty due to having previous whirlpool microwaves beak on me right after the manufacturers warranty expired. I am expecting this to be the same, but didn't want to replace the wall bracket.

Replacement for a Whirlpool bought in 2001 which died. Dimensions and mounting were in the same locations so replacement did not require new holes or mounting plate. Microwave is quiet and a lot of power. Hoping this microwave will last longer than 8 years.

So far so good. Replaced 15yr old whirlpool and I'm amazed at how much faster it was than the previous. I guess I didn't know what I was missing. If I have a peeve, it's the lack of express buttons.

Excellent microwave. It has many settings to cook or reheat specific types of foods.

Great unit, baked potato multi sizes work great. placement of the keypad was similar and I did not have to read the manual to get started using. would buy it again.

Setting the clock is complicated due no discrete key to set it a dot is not clear that it will stay on or turn off over time. This could be fixed easily.

It has a large 14" turntable. Very large cooking area. This unit is the quietest OTR Microwave we have ever had. Looks great and it was a easy install.

It works well and the appearance is nice. It has nice features, it’s functional but I wish it came with a chart on the microwave, like our last microwave. It listed various food items, for example if you were reheating items, you’d press 1 for soup, 2 for casserole, 3 for baked goods, etc. with this one, you press reheat and repeatedly press it to find the option you’re looking for instead of having a handy chart on the microwave. Other than that, it works great and don’t have concerns with it. Installation was fairly easy.

Great microwave. Plenty of features. Easy to install.

We haven't used many of the features of this microwave so far but it is easy to use and cooks evenly from what I can tell. I really like having the ability to turn off the turntable. It also has multiple light and fan levels which is handy.

Self installation tricky because template is not correct, so we had to adjust the top hole measurements! Easy to clean interior surface, two level rack, black and silver finish

Direct replacement for same type model. Would recommend to other purchasers.

So far the appliance has worked well. It replaced a GE microwave that only lasted 3 years. Hopefully this one will live longer than that.

Had a GE (twice) that burned out, so decided to change brands this time. Like the stainless steel look, heats very well (too well on the Melt Butter setting), and have not seen any flaws yet. Still trying to decide what words to think of when the tones go off at the end of cooking (“I am now done” or “Food is ready”) :)

Great microwave for heating multiple dishes at once.

Excellent look in the kitchen. Easy to use oven. Very quiet while in use.
