1-year Warranty issue, so I will update after they fix or replace it. I had a problem with the door sensor saying it was not closed and the inside light blinking with a loud clicking noise. So I registered it on the Whirlpool website and made a claim, they sent a tech out 9 days later and he was able to fix the door sensor that day but needed to order a part from clicking and light. Got a text 7 days after the part had arrived and 3 days after they scheduled so 19 days in and the part did Not fix it. So they need to order more parts. I called Whirlpool and asked since this was 2nd attempt if they could ship parts faster than 7 days (this is where I started getting it Very Dissatisfied) I was told they use 3rd party for repair and "they have No control over what they do" They have control they company they employ. Waited another 9 days later the tech came and still was unable to fix it he brought 3 parts with him this time. He said "I spoke with them and they said these are all the parts that deal with the problem, I see if they want to replace it or try more parts" Now they are trying more parts it has been 30 days now and they said the part will arrive in 5 days so it will be another 8 to 10 days and even then I might have to wait for replacement or them to replace more parts??? This microwave cooks fast, big cooking area, and the bottom fan is powerful. I like the microwave and would recommend it but Whirlpool is really taking an Unreasonable amount of time to repair or replace this microwave.

This a great microwave, consumer reports top recommendation and we got a great price from Best Buy. Curb side pickup was easy and efficient.

I love this microwave! It reminds me when I have something in my microwave. The sound isn't over bearing. I'd purchase this product again.

The reason for a 4 star review is the loudness. When it starts up it sounds just like a microwave with a defective magnetron; a deep ominous hum. Having purchased this sight unseen, I’m not sure if this is normal or not. Other than the noise it looks great, installed easily in the place of the previous one, has lots of options for cooking and reheating and has a rack that allows for 2 level microwaving.

So far s good. Works efficiently. I use it quite often.

Another fairly new Whirlpool product for me (second WP microwave in ~4 years) that needs to be replaced. Unreal! Everything runs on it, except the one thing we need most - to HEAT our food. It stopped HEATING after 14 months. I went out and bought a counter top Hamilton Beach for $74 to hold us over until I decide my next move. (Bet that lasts 10-15yrs). The previous WP microwave (WMH73521CS) had all the electronics on the door. Everything ran/worked ...but the door (made of plastic nonsense) broke and would not close after ~2yrs. That one went right into the dumpster. Time for me to move away from Whirlpool.

We use this all the time. I like the sound it makes when your food is done. It's not too loud or obnoxious. The blue lights on it are also nice, it makes it easy to read.

Good Stuff nothing bad to say about this product. Quite easy to use.

Good product so far. The microwave is smatter than me (ha). Installation was not difficult but you need a friend. I don't recommend products.

Whirlpool appliances have been good to us for over 25 years so we continue to buy them. Our old microwave still worked great but we just wanted to upgrade.

Loving this new microwave. Bought it because it is in a grand room and needed it to have a quieter fan. Has 4 speeds so that we can control the noise. It is great.

Very tight and works well as advertised and good value

Whirlpool over the range micro is really nice. Enjoy the shortcut pre-programmed buttons. They work well, and food is hot. Reheating pizza works well. Not dried out or hard. Dinner plate program works well too. This micro really heats up food quickly.
