They gave this unit the top rating of all OTR microwaves. In all honesty I disliked this model pretty much from day 1. I would have returned it but I decided that just after the return window closed. I bake a lot of breakfast sweet rolls and freeze them. Then I'll warm them in the microwave when I'm ready to eat them. This unit has the worst performance I have ever experienced in this area. My food comes out burning hot in some spots and ice cold in the very next bite. I paid over $400 for this microwave not including installation and I'm still considering buying a new one. Definitely not worth what I paid.
