This microwave does it all. All the bells and whistles. Easy to clean. Very quiet. Awesome lighting and sounds. I shopped many brands and this was the best value with best features. Worth the money. I am new to Whirlpool brand, and so far very impressed. Now I hope it last many years. Would definitely buy again and recommend it.

Great looking microwave, easy to use. This replaced our 22year old Whirlpool microwave. We bought this microwave at a great sale price. We also love the 12 preset heating settings.

Great price, all the features you really want - popcorn, potato, etc. Replaced a 15 year old whirlpool so installation was fairly easy other than drilling another hole in cabinet (which is dumb if you are going from one microwave of the same size & brand to another). Working good so far - has only been installed (which I did) for 2 weeks.

Great microwave that I hope lasts for years to come (replaced microwave from Sears that died after 4.5 years) The only complaint I have is how the light is near the back of the microwave for over the range, wish it had more than one light there as well.. Other than that its been great and heats up food faster than my last one did.

Overall an outstanding microwave. Powerful, full featured (but not confusing). The only cons are lack of back-lit display and automatic vent fan that won't shut-off if it detects too much heat from the oven below.

This model was purchased to replace a similar unit that was installed in my home when it was built. That original unit lasted through 4 years of typical usage but started having problems with the door closed sensor. Apparently this is a common issue with units built around that time. The new model was a simple drop in replacement, using the same bracket and mounting points. It's a bit larger inside than the old one and has a few more features. Working great so far, I hope it lasts longer than the last one.

Microwave works as expected. It looks attractive and is easy to clean and use. The keypad area does scratch a bit easily and got scratched when I was wiping it off. The microwave's power is weaker than my previous one (one that I think has become the "standard" wattage) so it feels like it takes a little longer for things to heat up. Just keep that in mind.

This over the counter microwave was easy to install. The directions were easy to follow and clear. It works great, is quiet when in use. The size is great. Our family loves it.

This microwave has been great! I like how quiet it is. I wish the highest setting on the exhaust fan/ventilation was quieter but the lower settings are quiet. It’s a fairly spacious microwave. We’ve had it for about 1 month now, and we haven’t had any problems with it. I am pleased with this purchase.

This microwave performs very well. It cooks bacon perfectly on the auto cook setting!!! I bought this to replace a Samsung microwave that quit working. This unit is significantly bigger, and extends out further over the cooktop. In my particular situation, it now keeps my cabinet door from opening fully. Be sure to measure your installation space before buying.

Great value for a great appliance. Easy to install as an over the stove vented microwave- heats well and evenly. Vent fan is not that loud and works really well.

I only owned this microwave for about a month now, but so far so good. This microwave looks, and works, exact to how it is described. The fingerprint less stainless steel and whatever material they use on the inside so it can be wiped down easy, WORKS! So far the cooking is even, but I have to say I am not sure how the extra cooking sensors work, or what they're suppose to do over and above the normal cook time being set. I do miss the old 1, 2, and 3 minute quick-cook buttons on my old device, but that's not a deal breaker, and it isn't hard, at all, to push a couple of extra buttons. Because I have only owned this product for about a month now, I really cannot speak to the longevity and quality, which are important to me, but I have to say in the past I did purchase other Whirlpool Appliances, Washer and Dryer, which aren't Microwaves, and I still have them 16 years later with very little to no maintenance required, so only time will tell. The installation, overall, went a little rough, but the installers were nice people and reacted quickly to situations.

Best microwave I’ve ever used and ever owned. Cooks food to perfection with the sensor cooking. Has 5 speeds for the fan! The light is very bright. It is an incredibly quiet microwave. If you’re more than 5 feet away you can’t even hear it running. The finish inside and out is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Love this microwave. It was top rated on consumer report also. It heats very evenly. It is very good at defrosting. It is quieter then the ones we have had in the past. It was pretty easy to install. We purchased the fingerprint stainless steel and it looks great and cleans up nicely.

I like this microwave oven. It cooks well, although less power than my previous one. I'm not convinced ye that the sensing cycles really work--one time a bowl of soup came out boiling over and another it was just right. It has a steam function that calls for a special container; I just use a large glass bowl and put a smaller one inside. It works pretty well, though I don't know if it's any different than just using the vegetable cycle. The downlight is sufficient and the fan has 4 speeds. The oven runs quietly. The finish is good and matches my Fridgidaire non-print stainless. My only complaint would be that the instruction manual really isn't helpful. It names the cycles but doesn't give much guidance on how to use the functions. My last microwave (purchased 15 years ago) had a full-size instruction manual and cookbook. It's a good value when on sale.

This unit is working great so far. A good balance of size, price and performance. One of the unique aspects of this unit is the inclusion of the mounting template printed on the outside of the box as opposed to the inclusion of a flimsy, hard to use paper template. Big improvement on this unit over the next model down that we had purchased and returned due to a faulty filter mounting design. This unit runs quieter than the model just under it although the low frequency tone of the magnetron is quite prominent.

Really like the microwave. It is larger inside and quieter. Definitely recommend. Best Buy did the installation very quickly and professionally.
