Really like the microwave. It is larger inside and quieter. Definitely recommend. Best Buy did the installation very quickly and professionally.

Excellent like most the fan have three options and not noisy. Fingerprint resistant is very nice. Set up very easy. Using it was a little not easy have to figure out what the pictures signs are like fan without a word. Overall I like it.

This is really a nice microwave. Easy to use. It has a sensor that makes sure your food is cooked correctly. I like using the beverage button to reheat my coffee. It has a steamer/ simmer button and many more. Love that the surface leaves no fingerprints.

Spacious and aesthetically appealing. My only problem with this overhead microwave is that I cannot turn off the vent fan on my own. When my oven and stove are on at the same time, it automatically triggers the vent fan. I am sure this is a safety feature, but it is loud and excessive.

I do like the look and the unit works great. Has a chiming tune, not the normal beep when it's done. It is bigger on the inside than our old one, but the same size outside. It doesn't have some of the features our old one had, but that one was going to go anyday. Needed to replace.

11 year old unit went out an we needed something quickly - amazing how much we rely on the micro. This unit was last one available anywhere near us. It is great. Bigger than last one and super quiet.

We just installed this and have not yet used it so my review thus far is on the product--not it's performance. I've found several design flaws that make this impractical. We replaced a 23 year old 1 cu ft Maytag microwave with this one. The template for roof venting was not correct but luckily we are both very handy and were able to proceed. Before we connected the roof vent we tested features to make sure the unit worked. These are my observations: 1) the light underneath is very small, not very bright and at the far back so it only lights up the back 1/3 of our cook top. ugh 2) the rack cannot remain in the microwave unless you are using two-level cooking. So now I get to find some place to store the rack. this is a crowd dis-pleaser for us. 3) there is one average size filter--seems a bit small for the size of this unit. My previous & much smaller microwave had 2 mid-size filters. Time will tell if this single one will be sufficient. 4) for roof venting: the position of the vent on top of the microwave is right in the middle left to right and about 8 inches from the back--so we've lost 3/4 of our upper cabinet. In my last house, the vent was on the right side so I had use of most of the cabinet. 5) the cord exits the top of the microwave approximately 8 1/2 inches from the side and 6 inches from the front--again not a great position for using the upper cabinet. 4) the vent is quiet!! On the highest speed it is louder, of course, but still much more quiet than the one we just replaced. According to consumer reports this is one of the top rated microwaves. Whirlpool has a long time good reputation. I'm surprised by the seemingly lack of attention to overall design. Yup, it's pretty. It looks good perched among our white cabinets. But all the little things that not make it impractical add up to below average design. Time will tell if it's performance for heating, defrosting, venting, steaming, etc will be so impressive that these design flaws will fade to black.

Good quality microwave oven. A little difficult to learn functions at first but eventually became easy to use. The ">" start and "X" stop icons were hard to get use to, but I think just the word start and stop would have been better. Oven heats food excellent and is very quiet. The light on the under side could be brighter. This oven is a little larger than our Jenn Air that it replaced but seems to work in the space just fine.

Totally pleased with the microwave. The Total Tech guys had the old unit removed and the new one installed in less than an hour.

Very easy to install. Microwave works great would buy again.

We have had this product for a little more than a month. It is daily meeting our expectations and performance. Ease of use and the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish makes this a perfect microwave.

Excellent Microwave with lots of features and easy to use. Pros: -Excellent exhaust fan (moves a lot of air on high) -Has sensor cooking -Lots of programs that work well (defrost, soften butter, reheat casserole, etc.) -Makes perfect microwave popcorn with the sensor (not timed like my old microwave) Cons: -I don't understand the purpose of the upper rack and removed it from my microwave (made it hard to put taller things in the microwave) -The light on it is very weak (I "upgraded" to a larger LED bulb but now it stays on dim all the time and the low light setting flickers so we don't use it much but I have amazing under-cabinet lighting)

Overall really nice mircowave. My only gripe is that there was a small dent on the front door, but I already installed it and don’t want to bother with taking in down and exchanging it. I really like the finger print proof.

This is a second hand review b/c I purchased this for a rental unit and can only pass on comments received by our tenants. In short, they love it. They say it's quiet, powerful and cooks/reheats quickly.

Very nice microwave. Easy to use. One surprising function is the automatic fan that comes on when the heat from the oven vent or range top below the microwave gets too hot. The fan cannot be turned off until the heat below the microwave cools down enough.

This microwave is very quiet, easy to operate, and has a soft tune signaling it is done operating. The stainless steel does not get finger-prints and it looks ver nice in my kitchen. Thank you.

The low settings on the vent fan are too low, and the high and medium high settings make too much noise. Wish that when using the timer setting and I press add 30 seconds, it would add this to the timer instead of starting the cook setting. Also wish it had express cook settings like our old GE microwave, where if we pressed 1-5, it would start immediately begin cooking for that number of minutes. It has good power and heats well and evenly for a microwave.

Purchased when on sale making it a very good value. It’s a large, deep unit so be aware... Has just a few simple to use built in cooking features, which is what I wanted. Heats evenly.

Great microwave. Was able to install it myself...no issues there. Heats up food as expected. Love the second rack - now my food won't get cold while my wife's warms up or vice versa. Looks great. What more can you ask for?

I really like my new microwave (whirlpool). It has cool features,it’s quiet and very spacious inside. I hope this will last me as long as my previous one( Maytag).
