Im am truly happy with the Microwave. It works great has lots of room and is very quiet. I had it insalled by the Geek Squad who was knowledgeable and courteous.

Mh wife and I purchased this Whirlpool 2.1 Cu.Ft. Over-the-range Microwave because we were replacing a 12 year old unit similar to this one. We have found the unit to be very undated with new functions for our use. The unit was easy for the delivery people to replace and in no time we were up and running. they were courteous and helpful in explaining some of the new functions. We life that it has a 4 speed fan and the unit is quiet.

I was not sure what to except since it was on sale when I purchased it. But I am very satisfied with my purchase. Has many great great features. My fav is that the fan turns on automatically when I cook and it’s too smokey

I have previously owned Samsung microwaves; but our last one I was not happy with. I had heard good reviews on Whirlpool microwaves. We did spend more money on this Whirlpool but it is so much nicer. So far it was worth the money. So much easier to defrost things and set the time compared to the Samsung. It had all the features we wanted, especially the fact that this particular model WMH53521HZ had the door open flush which was a necessity for us because it opens right up to the wall. This door opens all the way. Of course I always buy an extended warranty for major appliances. Best Buy did honor this from our old Samsung. That is why we bought the Whirlpool.

Love this unit. What a good replacement for our builder grade original unit. Works well, it is quiet and is large. Love the auto cook features Nice looking and easy to wipe out and clean.

Great so far, I am one of those people who research products before buying anything. This whirlpool microwave is rated highest by consumers report. I learned my lesson by not doing my homework and buying LG appliances and just after the warranty expired a range burner went out and LG refrigerator ice maker stopped working. Never again will I buy without doing my research.

We love our new microwave! Obviously we didn't know what we were missing out on. I've never had one that's so quiet and the settings are perfect for whatever I'm putting in there. For example I've used the defrost a lot since purchasing and the meat coming out as if I had just bought fresh. Not still frozen in the middle and brown around the edges like our old microwave would leave us with. The soften/melting button I've used several times for butter and chocolate. It comes out perfectly soft or melted. And this microwave is SO quiet! Can't say enough good things about it! The service was excellent too!

Really like all the features and it being very user friendly. Looks great in my kitchen!

The Whirlpool 2.1 Cu Ft Over the Range microwave is a very nice microwave. My family has been using it for 2 months now. It has a rack for cooking two large dishes as long as they are not very tall. It also has steam cooking that allows for automatically cooking items via steam. The sensor cooking is great and the menus offer a lot of options to make it easier to cook things correctly. The microwave looks good and fits in very well with our 13 yr. old Whirlpool Gold appliances. The easy clean finish is very easy to clean and nicer than the scrubbing needed for our previous microwave. Installation was not the easiest, because it was a little taller (1/2") than our 13 yr old Whirlpool Gold microwave, so we had to drill through some tile backsplash in order to bolt in the lower bracket. The lower bracket was a single straight piece of metal, where the old one was a U shape that surrounded the entire bottom and sides of the old microwave allowing us to bolt it to the wall leaving the tile alone. Overall, I would buy it again. I would also recommend it to others looking for this style.

Very large microwave. It has a lot of different settings that I haven’t even used yet. The price of it went down a few weeks after I bought it, and I called Bestbuy and was given a refund for the difference in price.

Love this microwave. There is some much space in this unit and it is very powerful. The microwave is very easy to use and it looks great!

Very good over the range oven. Easy to set up, its not loud while is on, a lot of different settings to warm up and heating food. Definitely I recommend this oven!!!

We went into the store to by a TV and a microwave. We went directly back to the TV area and found what we wanted. We asked someone to see if they had one in stock. They told us to sign in at the front of the store and someone would help us. We went to look at microwaves while we were waiting. Someone came to help us choose a microwave. Turned out neither item was in stock and we needed to order them. The sales person was polite and helpful. Both items arrived as scheduled. The microwave spacious and quiet and we enjoy some features the old one didn't have.

It is very quiet while running. The fan is pretty quiet also. I was very surprised to see both lights inside and above the range are INCANDESCENT instead of LED like it said when I was ordering the oven! Incandescent lights are so inefficient, cost more to operate and waste energy. The light over the range is placed by the back wall and hardly lights anything. Definitely NOT an Energy Star appliance!

Absolutely LOVE this microwave! Our previous one from another brand was still working perfectly but our kitchen was being remodeled so we opted to go with some new appliances to (mostly) get rid of the mismatched look. This microwave has worked flawlessly, sees a LOT of use by our family of seven, looks nice, is very easy to keep clean, has better CFMs for ventilation over our cooktop, and is very easy to operate. I was lucky to find this as a new in box clearance return so the price was super. Highly recommend even if it's full price though!

Works so smoothly. The fan is efficient and the preset buttons do so much work—defrosting meat has never been so easy!
