nice microwave that has many features, clean look, and is easy to install

This is a good microwave with more features than the one I had before. I'm still enjoying using it and how it compliments my other Whirlpool appliances.

This microwave is a generous size and powerful. I especially like when the food’s ready it plays a short tune instead of beeping at you. Nice touch. Looks great too.

So far, I love this microwave. It does everything you need it to and more. Love the little chime at the end of the cycle instead of that annoying beep with most microwaves, and how it will continue to remind you there is something in there until you take it out. The only drawback for me is the fact that you can't change the % of the wattage like I could with my old one. I could soften ice cream on a lower % and it would come out perfect. With this one, it has a soften ice cream setting, but constantly turns it to liquid. Otherwise, it's great.

Easy to install, easy to use, lots of options that I have already started using. Soften butter, simmer are a few examples that were easy to select and worked well.

I am so pleased with this microwave. It really makes a huge difference when you’re using a quality product. All the components work well. Even the chime gets your attention but isn’t annoying. The popcorn setting worked perfectly. I wish I had purchased it sooner. Installation by Best Buy was on time and the technicians were pleasant and respectful of my house. Thanks so much!

This microwave is so classy looking it really makes an impact in your kitchen. It will be noticed. Love the sounds it makes and how well it works. Highly recommend it.

The product was highly recommended by the Consumer Reports review...so that is what we went with. However, the sales associate at Best Buy was NOT the friendliest person we have dealt with in the past years. A bit cold personality until we decided to purchase, then she warmed up. We saw right through her.

The left side of the microwave is right against the refrigerator and other models that I looked at with the door opened up, swung out of the left, making it impossible to open the door. This was the only way that I could find it was designed for that with the hinges, not extending past the side of the microwave. As far as using function, so far so good. Nice aesthetics.

When you purchase a new microwave you aren't typically expecting a product that you will tell your friends about. Needless to say this was more than I expected. It's the first microwave we've ever owned where the different settings, modes, and cook types actually function as expected. It's the little things like the steam, melting or softening butter (without it turning into a bowl of molten liquid), or reheating a dinner plate that made a difference. It's easy to clean and works like a charm. My only feedback would be for the vent fan settings. They are essentially Super high, very high, high, and low so we only use the fan on low unless there is a huge pot of boiling water (we have our vented outside). But I installed this myself using the guide included and it was relatively simple (if you're a confident handyman). I would buy this again, in fact I'm thinking of purchasing it for our new home.

Large microwave, installation was not bad with the templates provided and the best part is how quite it is. Lots of features and would recommend!

Fit nice and snug, easy to install! LOVE all the different settings!!! Huge inside for cooking and does a GREAT job cooking and heating!!!! Def a 5 star rating!!!!!!!

This is a very nice microwave. The stainless steel look is perfect. Plenty of space inside. Even the jingle it plays when it’s done is pretty cool. Perfect for the price as well

Our old GE microwave died after almost 17 years of typical daily home use. We bought this Whirlpool model in white for another room in the house three years ago and we love it. Bought the black model as the replacement for our kitchen. Just as happy with this new one. The only complaint is with the timer sound. We wish it had a volume adjustment to make it louder.

We purchased this for our beach house to hang over the double iven we bought. It looks great and works very well. Does everything we expected and we have had no issues .

This microwave is stylish, fits in perfectly with our other appliances, and works great, we l=really like the add 30 seconds feature.
