So happy with our selection. The microwave does everything we wanted and is quiet, fast and easy to use. We have had it now about 3 weeks and are delighted. The screen was easy to set on clock, and notifications. The cook functions are pretty easy to use too. But the 30 second function is my go too function for warming, defrosting or slightly cooking most of my items. Just love it and we installed ourselves and it was not that heavy for me and my wife to lift.

Works great replaced one jyst like it after 15 years

Sleek looking microwave and it was an excellent sale price.

The technician was on time and texted us when he would arrive. He quickly went about removing the old microwave and installing the new one. He worked quickly and neatly everything was done less than a half-hour. He cleaned up and left everything clean. I was impressed how quickly he worked. He was very professional and didn’t waste any motions.

Everything was great, except for one thing and that was due to Whirlpool itself, not Best Buy. The user's manual did not have a picture of the microwave indicating where the functions were. I tried down loading a user's guide and could not. I could read it, though, and even it did not contain a picture. This is utterly disgusting and I may never buy a Whirlpool product again if that's how they diss their customers.

I purchased this microwave to replace a Whirlpool microwave that died after only 5 years of use. (was not thrilled about that) This new one has all the features I needed and works well. I'm still figuring out how some things work actually. It also fits in nicely with the rest of my appliances. Not an exact match, but close. Sales experience and installation service were quick and painless. As long as I get more than 5 (preferable many more) years out of it I will be pleased.

I really like this microwave above the stove. Handy and works great. Delivery nightmare. Bad mood driver and dumped all 4 appliances in garage. Took several phone calls to get them to unbox the refrigerator and stove and just set them in place. Remodel was not ready for the dishwasher and microwave install, so they got very upset and were not going to do anything, but dump and run. I will never buy anything from the store that requires delivery again.

It’s worked well so far. Fits beautifully and easy to use.

Nice microwave looks and works great easy to clean and easy to use

We had to replace our old microwave of 10 years and decided to stick with the Whirlpool brand. This model was easy to install, and looked great with the hidden vent on top. Easy to use, with extra large turntable. After 4 months of ownership the door latching mechanism broke. We called Best Buy for help, and they instructed us to contact Whirlpool warranty. A technician came out and had to order a small plastic part, then it was fixed. Took 3 weeks. Still working without issue. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have express cook buttons like our prior model, just the +30 second function.

A lot faster heating up than my older model. Love the sensing unit on the programs

This microwave is fantastic. My first use was to reheat a piece of chicken; after the first 15 seconds I stopped to flip it over, only to find that it was equally warm on top and bottom. Even heating like that has NEVER happened in any microwave I have ever owned before. They did a great job engineering this one.

Microwave works great except would be nice to have clock light color green or something I can read at a distance. Also the rack is not practical or too low since i cannot fit mugs underneath so I removed it.
