This microwave has a great exhaust fan that prevents food odors to permeate your home. It has multiple heating and cooking options.

1-year Warranty issue, so I will update after they fix or replace it. I had a problem with the door sensor saying it was not closed and the inside light blinking with a loud clicking noise. So I registered it on the Whirlpool website and made a claim, they sent a tech out 9 days later and he was able to fix the door sensor that day but needed to order a part from clicking and light. Got a text 7 days after the part had arrived and 3 days after they scheduled so 19 days in and the part did Not fix it. So they need to order more parts. I called Whirlpool and asked since this was 2nd attempt if they could ship parts faster than 7 days (this is where I started getting it Very Dissatisfied) I was told they use 3rd party for repair and "they have No control over what they do" They have control they company they employ. Waited another 9 days later the tech came and still was unable to fix it he brought 3 parts with him this time. He said "I spoke with them and they said these are all the parts that deal with the problem, I see if they want to replace it or try more parts" Now they are trying more parts it has been 30 days now and they said the part will arrive in 5 days so it will be another 8 to 10 days and even then I might have to wait for replacement or them to replace more parts??? This microwave cooks fast, big cooking area, and the bottom fan is powerful. I like the microwave and would recommend it but Whirlpool is really taking an Unreasonable amount of time to repair or replace this microwave.

Microwave is quiet when it is running but the exhaust fan is WAY to loud on high. It cooks well and is easy to use but again the exhaust fan is just to loud when its on high.

Great microwave for the family. Works well for a family of 4. Defrost and cooks great! From baked potatoes to popcorn.

We have had this microwave over a year now it is still functioning great. Cooks evenly and the smarts built in are actually pretty smart.

Feels solid. Lots of options. Fan works better than older whirlpool. Even matches the Samsung fridge we have.

Great product, except the stainless panel in the bottom-right, front, under the button is kinda loose. Im not concerned though.

This microwave is great. Cooks fast and evenly, has steam feature that adjust your cooking time itself. Fingerless stainless finish. Lots of choices on touch pad.

This microwave works as expected. Pros: brand reliability, works great, heats evenly. Con: the start, stop and timer buttons are really small. I can recommend this microwave to friends and family. Just have to learn where the buttons are and wear my glasses.

This is such a great purchase. It's powerful but quiet. It looks beautiful in my home. It's easy to use. I had a Whirlpool before this one as well. They make such good products. I've owned my home for almost 30 years. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to you. If you get it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine!

This is a replacement for a Microwave that did not work after everything was installed. Best Buy really worked with me on this exchange.

Consumer Reports gives top ratings for this model. This was my reason to purchase as I have owned several other models not of this brand and had issues. Quality and features are excellent and so far in the first month no problems with buttons on the screen.

user panel is impossible to see, no lighting, dark on dark. We need to turn kitchen lights on to make panel selections.

We love it. The fan has multi speeds and is much quieter than our old one.

I wanted a sensor cooking microwave that wouldn't break the bank. Nothing to write home about, but I'd buy this microwave again.

It works very well and love the fact that it makes such a pleasant sound when it's done compared to our old microwave!

It took me 10 min to install. No need to pay for installation you can do it yourself. The sensor for cooking is a must have.
